Painting the Floor surfaces with One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on previously painted concrete / masonry / plastered surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as required including cost of Synthetic Enamel Paint and labour charges etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 1000 litres capacity Sintex double layer water tank with approved brand including cost of PVC water tank, making connection with input and output water pipe line and valves. Cost inclusive of all materials, labour charges, & conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of Wooden panelled door single shutter including cost of hold fasts and applying one coat of wood primer of approved quality, fixing of first quality ISI standard furniture fittings with screws / bolt & nuts, the rate shall include cost of wood, labour for wrought and put up, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
