Supplying and fixing first -Aid Fire hose reel Drum wall mounted swinging type with MS construction powder painted in post office Red, conforming to IS 884-1985 with upto date amendments, complete with the following as required. (A) Rubber Hose (B)20 mm dia UL, FM Bronze / SS nozzle with 5mm orifice (C)Drum and brackets for fixing the equipments on wall. (D) Connections from riser with 20/25 mm dia Brass/GM gate valves with screwed end and conforming to IS:778 Class-1 through Forged steel Screwed Union & M.S. pipe. Etc. as required.

Providing, Fixing, Jointing, Testing & Commissioning of Heavy duty MS 'C' class (Heavy) pipe conforming to IS 3589 / 1239 part-I for hydrant and sprinkler applications in Existing trench with cement concrete block as supports including cutting, welding etc & forged steel fittings like elbows, tees, tapers, reducer with cleaning,wrapping and coating of the pipe with 4 mm thick tar based polymaric corrosion protection tape including applying uniform coat of cold pipekot primer as per IS; 10221 for protection against corrosion complete in all respect. ( Pipe to be tested @ 10Kgf/Sqcm for 2 Hrs. & Excavation of Trench and refilling of trench to be paid extra). All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Supplying and drawing Fire Resistant flexible / stranded bare copper conductor, PVC / XLPE insulated, overall aluminium mylar tape shielded ATC drain wire and outer PVC sheathed industrial Instrumentation (shielded)cables voltage grade 300/500 V as per BS /EN 50288-7 in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping / Cable tray / Open Duct making connections, testing etc. as required. OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for cables.

Supplying and laying FR PVC insulated & unsheathed flexible copper conductor of following nominal sizes with ISI marked (IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from copper, stranding in acc. to IS:8130/IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free for less chances of oxidization, insulation PVC type A/C/D , flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per IS:3961 part 5, in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping making connections with Copper Lugs of suitable size, Ferrules,testing etc. as required.
