Engaging supervisor to supervise and organise the labourers, including lifting of the remains of Ganesh idols into tippes and supervision of DUC to work 24 x 7 till the work is completed. complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer in charge. (12 daysx 2 shifts x 2 nos. avg)

Engaging Tipper for transporting and dumping the removed reamains of Ganesh Idols at Tankbund Transfer Station including to & fro charges, fuel consumables, hiring charges etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Engaging Back hoe loaders (JCB's) for loading of idols remains into the lorries from the shore area which was collected by the cranes and labour including incidental charges, Fuel consumables, to & fro charges, hiring charges etc working for 8 hrs complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Engaging of Hitachi of 200 capacity for loading of idols remains into the tippers from the shore area including to and fro charges, hiring charges, diesel etc., working for 8 hrs complete for the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply of Banners of Size required size of approved matter, design and Eco frendly fabric to be placed on tippers, Hitach, JCB’s each platform during the work etc., Complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer In Charge

Supply of Jackets of approved high quality with HMDA logo to be weared by staff at the time of cleaning, complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer In Charge

Supply of good-quality T-shirts & cap with HMDA logo, suitable for use by officers, staff, supervisors and other personnel during official duties, including cost of T-shirts, printing/embroidery of HMDA logo, packing, transportation and all incidental charges, complete in all respects as a finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing and refixing of ornamental cast iron/mild steel grills carefully without causing any damage, including dismantling prior to cleaning activities, temporary stacking at a safe designated location, and refixing in the original position after completion of Ganesh idol cleaning activities, including all labour, tools, tackles, operational, incidental and other charges, complete for the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of good-quality, durable green mat/tarpaulin of suitable size for covering tippers carrying Ganesh idol remains to the transfer/dumping station, including securing the mat properly to prevent spillage during transportation, complete with material, labour, tools, incidental and all other charges, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
