Factory made FRP( Altematly called GRP) door frame of size 75mm x 100mm fabricated using E - glass chopped strand mat (CSM) U.V stabilised inopathalic Gel coat and impregnated with inopathalic resin The thickness of the GRP skins shall not be less then 2.0 mm . Painting two coat with approved synthetic enamel paint to new iron work over a coat of Red oxide primer including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

First class Fly Ash Brick masonry using F.A. bricks of size 23 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per. Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix( 1:6) with ordinary Portland slag cement(PSC) and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

LANDSCAPING- Surface dressing of the ground including removing Vegetation and making up undulations and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cms in depth/ height including disposal of rubbish lead upto 50m (at least 5m away from the dressed area).
Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment), 150mm thick.
Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).
Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation, breaking clods and fine dressing the ground including all materials and labour complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, as per direction of officer-in-charge.
Provision of plantation all around the campus with suitable Plants and Shurbs where required including all material and labour charge- Providing and Displaying Verbena in different colour having 30 to 45 cm ht., well developed with fresh & healthy foliage in bloom condition in 25 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
Providing and stacking of Duranta Golden, having ht.15 to 20 cm bushty shape with fresh and healthy leaves in 15 cm size of Earthen Pot / Plastic Pot & as per direction of the officer-incharge..
Providing and stacking of Calliandra, emarginata of height 45-60 cm. in earthen pot of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
Providing and stacking of Cassia biflora of height 90-105 cm., well branched, bushy in big size HDPE bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
