Procurement of Rations and other Miscellaneous goods

The Tenderer should have experience of minimum 5 years in the field. Relevant registration documents to be submitted as proof.

The Tenderer should have executed similar assignment of value at least 30 Lacs with at least 1 Chain of Hotel/Resort(Every year 30 lac for last 3 year).

The Tenderer should be a business entity with a registered office and operations in India and should be registered under one of the following Acts -The Indian Companies Act 1956/2013, or The Indian Partnership Act 1932, or Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008, or Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act 1961. Relevant registration documents to be submitted as proof.

The Tenderer should be company/firm competent to enter into contract for License as per Indian Law and meeting the Technical & Financial Bid

Tenders from Joint Ventures/Consortium are not eligible

The Tenderer should be in the business of sales or supply of all of the following items-dry ration goods, groceries and other Miscellaneous goods. The Tenderer must submit a signed undertaking for the same along with valid authorisation letter or certificate from OEMs.

The Tenderer should have a Warehouse in Bangalore. An inspection team from Jungle Lodges and Resorts Limited will visit the premises before finalisation of the Tender Award.

The Tenderer should have an annual turnover of at least 12 Crores per year during the last 5 Years completed financial years (i.e. FY 20-21to FY 2024-25). Relevant documents to be submitted.

The Tenderer should have a net worth of at least Rs. 15 Crores (Rupees. Fifteen Crores) as of 31.03.2025. Relevant documents to be submitted.

The Tenderer should have Liquid Assets consisting of cash in hand, plus cash at bank plus term deposits/liquid funds with bank plus availability of fund-based credit facility in any scheduled commercial bank as on 31 March 2025 or at a later date but before opening of technical bid of at least Rs. 5 Crores (Rupees. Five Crores) as of 31 March 2025. The cash on hand, cash at bank and term deposits/liquid funds with bank as on 31 March 2025 or at a later date but before opening of Technical Bid shall be supported by a certificate issued by a CA and the availability of fund-based credit facility shall be supported by a certificate issued by any scheduled commercial bank with whom the bidder has the banking facility.
