Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material / soils to a distance exceeding 500 m and not exceeding 1500 m, depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.50 cum getting out, returning filling in layers not exceeding 25cm etc removal at surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface in hard/ dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core of broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layers ,water and rammed true surfacein plinth protection / hard standing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in floors finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glass dividing strips of 3mm thck & 38mm width inserted in position and confirming to design, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying of floor finishes, complete al as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified ceramic coloured / printed tiles double charged of area exceeding 0.36 sqm and not exceeding 0.42Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles. (Screed bed shall be measured and paid for separately), complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing and applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer on surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work as in repairs, tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS framed work as in doors of angle (or) other sections with gusset plate rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting (or) other covering to doors etc to be prepared for hanging (or) sliding with and including either hooks and pintel hinges (or) steel hanging door etc. including covering sheet, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.25 above but fixing only (with usable material obtainred from item No.5), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings,etc. With ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes: framed guard bars; barrde iron doors; ladders; framed baulsters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to FE.290. Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality -A, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS angle iron etc with ends of bars welded of any size and any design including welding all as directed of Fe 290 Grade E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel bolts not exceeding 12mm dia, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 30cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, manually operated chain wheel (Pully. Gear wheel) arrangement for bottom of each sliding doors including all necessary fittings, fixtures and anchor fasteners complete arrangement for one leaf of door to make it operational / functional, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Minimum dia of bottom wheel will be 300 mm.

S&F in repair, top wheel of minimum 75 mm dia for sliding doors including all necessary fittings, fixtures and anchor fasteners, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.
