Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, for shaft, wells, cessptic, manholes, laying of pipes etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 2.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling in and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in vertical bunds with sloping face, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length, fixed on walls or in weep holes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete bond stone in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work for angle iron post embedded in wall 3 mtr high strut in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing CGI sheets above 3.0 mtr high wall etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar work, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel/ iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel/ iron surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel/ iron/ wood surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of black bituminous paint on embedded post portion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails/straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line of wire to be measured.

S&F concertina coil fencing with punch tape, concertina coil 600mm dia having ten round per RM, fixed on and upto 3 mtr high wall with angle iron 'Y' shape, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings, cladding to walls etc, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of bolt not exceeding 12mm and exceeding 30cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 Grade (design mix) as in foundation, raft footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 Grade (design mix) as in RCC walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 Grade (design mix) as in RCC bends, lintel over 1.5 mtr span etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of rough finished surfaces of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft beams, side and soffits (if any) of foundation, plinth beam and similar work, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of rough finished surface of concrete of square, rectangular or polygonal to sides of columns, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 28.00 here-in-above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spaces and binders.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 Mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces or stone masonry, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick pre-formed filler for expansion joints, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes, after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, Class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors or in floors, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Retaining wall, fencing/ security wall and steel gate shall be constructed and made as per drawings as specified in list of drawings, which are forming part of Contract Agreement.
