Provision of High-Mast for illumination of Hanger and other areas at Dibrugarh Airport.

Supply of 13M High Mast shaft in two sections dip galvanized suitable for 50 m/sec wind speed & as per IS 875 Part-3, with raising lowering system comprising Head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 8 nos. luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, double drum with 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its opertaion, manual handle, junction box, lightning finial (Make : RR Ispat / SGS / Valmont / Bajaj / Sump).

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template.

Supply of 200W LED Flood Light (25D Beam). Fitting should have Extruded aluminum housing cum heat sink. Driver with In-built protection against surge voltage (upto 10kV) LED luminaire efficiency : >= 95(Lumen/W). (8 nos. per mast).

Supply of LED type twin dome aviation obstruction light.

Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial timer switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic Switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2no 9A contactors and raise / lower push button, incoming 35 sq. mm and outgoing 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals.

Supply of Aluminium Armoured XLPE insulated & PVC Innersheathed 4C x 35 sq. mm aluminium conductor cable of 1100V grade as per IS 7098: 1988 Part 1 with upto date amendments complete as required.

Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 meter depth with all materials and labour.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wing materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour.

Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia Gl Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2nos. per mast).

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete, suitable mounting arragement.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend,couplers etc. confirming to IS 14930, Part II complete with cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground ( 80cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioining and protective covering et., complete as required. 63mm dia (OD-63mm & ID-51mm nominal).

Laying of one number pvc insulated and pvc sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of upto 35 Sq. mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/DWC pipe as required.
