Providing & supplying Easy chair with660 arms of size 660x1020x10500mm (LxWxH) with padded stool/ bench for leg rest of the matching size ,made up of hard teak wood frame Double dowelled for proper strength, glued and screwed/nailed properly as per design/snaps attached. The legs should be made of knot free teak wood as per design or as approved finished with PU polish (Asian or equivalent or as approved). The chair seat and backrest should be padded with polyurethane foam fully capitone upholstered fabric of de-decor, dicitex retails or equivalent or as approved make with cost of fabric Rs. 850/- per meter or above. The thickness of foam should be 3" thick having density of 40±2Kg/m3 with 1/5" soft foam on base foam (sleep well, Century or equivalent conforming to BS 5952 Part 1 1979 Ignition Source O (Cigarette)) to provided extra softness & comfort to the chair. The necessary thickness of foam should be used for cushioning of front/side approns of chair. All loose cushions and padding to be covered with approved Upholstery with Stain and water resistant 3M coating including carriage of material within all leads and lifts

Providing & supplying 2 seaters sofa of size 1350x800x850mm (LxWxH) made up of hard wood frame double dowelled for proper strength, glued and screwed/nailed properly as per design/snaps attached. The legs should be made of knot free teak wood as per design or as approved finished with PU polish (Asian or equivalent or as approved). The arm should be finished in 75mm thick as per design/snaps. The back should have quilting as per snaps. The sofa should have coil springs in seats and sinuous spring for backrest, padded with polyurethane foam fully upholstered fabric of de-decor, dicitex retails or equivalent or as approved make with cost of fabric Rs. 750/- per meter. The thickness of foam should be 4" thick having density of 40±2Kg/m3 with 1/5" soft foam on base foam (sleepwell, Century or equivalent conforming to BS 5952 Part 1 1979 Ignition Source O (Cigarette)) to provided extra softness & comfort to the sofa. The necessary thickness of foam should be used for cushioning of front/side approns of sofa. All open area or base or invisible part of the sofa should be fully covered with base fabric. All loose cushions and padding tobe covered with approved Upholstery with Stain and water resistant 3M coating including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing and supplying Double Bed with wooden headboard 75 mm thick high density U foam 48” high in 18 mm ply the edge of the Patti of the Headboard to be finished in polish and finished with 0.4” thick foam pedding upholstered with fabric of approved colour and make 77" x 72 " x 12" ( L X B XH ) double bed with overall size 81”Wx73”LX40”H and with mattress Size W75”x L72”x8” thick. The box all four sides and top made of 18mm comm. ply/board finished with 3.5mm thick veneer (Greenply/Archid or equivalent) on three sides of approved colour/shade with teak wood beading on the edges finished with walnut mellamine polish (Asian or equivalent). The height of box will be 10”. The box does not have an openable lid but has side drawers with 1.0 mm laminate (Greenlam/Merino or equivalent) with telescopic runner (Hettich/Ozone or equivalent).
