Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand)mixing with water proofing compound confirming to ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with water proofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Paving the flooring with best quality double charged vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)
Paving the flooring with colour designed Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg / m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).
Dadooing the walls with colour printed Design glazed tiles of size 150mmx150mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).
Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder / rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water /moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S.screws shall be paid separately) 30mm thick.

Rawl plugs of 2” long & 10mm by filling the holes with TW plugs etc. A “L” shaped G.I soffit cleat shall be tied to the rawl plug fixed to the roof ceiling An G.I hanger of size 12mm x 25mm using 24G.I sheet shall be fixed to the G.I.hanger already provided using necessary bolts and nuts and bottom of hangers and this intermediate runners are to be further supported alround the room by providing peremeter channels along with the walls to the level of false ceiling “Channels of size 20 x 25 x 20 mm using G.I sheets of 24G by drilling the walls at 45cm C/C and fixed with necessary screws and TW plugs by arranging this frame work, necessary ceiling section of “Shapped G.I Section of size 80 x 50mm specially made to receive the false ceiling board hangered from the intermediate runners already provided by means of G.I clips at 60mm c/c , so that frame work for housing / fixing the false ceiling boards shall be completed. The Hilux board of approved brand and thickness (10mm) shall be screwed to the ceiling section by means of powder coated star screws the joints of Hilux board so laid shall be covered jointing paper using specially made jointing paste/compound. Necessary cut opens for housing light fittings, speakers, etc., are to be provided at the locations specified and finished wherever necessary.(All electrical works shall completed before fixing the false ceiling boards as separate item) After completing the above process the surface of the bottom of the false ceiling shall be finished by applying necessary putty etc., and the surface shall be made to smooth and glossy. On completion of surface preparation, necessary water bound primer shall be applied and allowed to dry for a period. Until the surface is fully dried and the finishing two coats of painting with plastic emulsion paint shall be applied so that the false ceiling work is completed.
