S& fixed factory made plain framed panelled shutters 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides feather edges or panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply over 12mm thick veneered particle board with commercial face veneers fixed to chowkhat . The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part-1), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction, with block board core and both face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

S& fixed 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze,etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. size of members of shutters as spfd in SSR Part-1, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire. (Note : Line wire shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only)

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitting with washer and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc. 5cm long and dia of shank 8 to 10 mm etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm dia MS round bars conforming to Fe 410-O as in straining bars in fencing all as directed.

Removing existing/old damaged roof treatment of any (Brick tiles and Mudfuska) description by scrapping with using wire brush and removing the same from the site(s), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Dismantling all water tanks and after roof treatment connect all tanks during working time if any tanks, float valves, GI pipes damaged contactor should replace the same (upto all stories)

M&L for roof treatment on existing concrete surfaces with the following specifications:– (a) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of water proofing compound (WPC) as per manufacturers instructions on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof after applying a neat cement slurry @ 3.0 KILO-GRAM PER SQUARE METRE, plastered surfaces fair finished including curing of plastered surfaces for 7 DAY by ponding of water over the roof (levelling course) and applying two coats of DR fixit coat over cement plaster (b) Only a coat of blown hot bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 KILOGRAM PER SQUARE METRE on primed surfaces. (c) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.0 KILOGRAM PER SQUARE METRE (reinforced) with polyester non woven fabric weighing not less than 160 GRAM PER SQUARE METRE by torch application. The overlap shall be minimum 100mm on traverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlap. (e) Applying evenly one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.10 LITRE PER SQUARE METRE over the APP based polymeric membrane. (f) PCC 1:2:4 type BO using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate for filleting and benching slightly rounded or chamfered on edges and levelling courses.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slab laid bedded ;and pointed in cement mortar of any description or thickness in floor aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises all as directed.

M&L 75mm PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directred

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregated) and finished even and fair to receive the further treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut cudappa stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing , over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L 20mm thick granite (of any type) work, in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tile 7 to 8mm thick(square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeing 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450x350x7 mm thick set and jointed neat cement slurry incl pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles, over and incl rendering 15mm thick 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified ceramic coloured tile 8 to 9 mm thick(square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement sluurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.58 above, but on vertical surface such as skirting , dado etc but including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm fancy type bib tap, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down , screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connnections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store. al as directed.

S&F galvanised tubes 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing 15 mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls,ceiling,floors, etc) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Serviceable tubing obtained from sl No. 61 shall be reused in this item.

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required & pointing in cement mortar1:3 to ends etc or edges of landings, steps cills,sunshades, shelves,lintels,etc and cutting chasesfor concealed water tubing and making good,cutting n.exc. 10cm girth in brick walls all as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white (including fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including provision of flush pipe, plastic seat cover for pedestal pan and cp health faucet including two way angle cock complete all as specified and directed.

Contrator has to employ skilled/unskilled tradesman with adequate experience & required documents to be submitted to office. The rate shall be quoted by the contractor including scaffolding to carry out the work for height more than 10.00 mtrs.

Labour should wear contractors uniform with firm logo, failing which recovery should be made.

Minimum of 02 x teams of each trades shall be available for maint of urgent nature whenever called upon of any trade, failing which recovery will be initiated for not employing adequate labour at site.

Site clearance shall be done by contractor after finishing work and obtain the signature of occupant as the site clearance has done. The same shall be verified and put up before issue of completion certificate.

All Scarps will be done with mechanical scaper

Mechanical scaper should be deposited in our store at the time of sample approval
