M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer by using paving bitumen VG-10 grade @5Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), binder content 4% by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of VG-30 grade complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc.cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 04 here-in-before but making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 at 5Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with paving bitumen VG-30 binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of 6.3mm size stone chippings and again well rammed (depth of potholes exceeding 30mm) complete all as spcified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet 25 mm consolidated thickness with 0.27 cum of stone chipping mixed with 14.6 Kg of Paving bitumen VG-30 binder, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with exc 8 tonne & n.exc 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying a tack coat over existing bituminous surface @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm of 20/30 bitumen and providing and laying 20mm thick bitumen mastic asphalt on prepared surface strictly design mix in accordance with IS specification No5317-2002(As latest modified) with mastic i.e. bitumen of grade 20/30 @4.50 Kg /Sqm (minimum) mixed with stone dust (lime stone powder with calcium value 80%) @0.008 Cum/Sqm and stone chipping of size 12.5mm and 10mm @0.0096 Cum/Sqm and sand @0.004 Cum per sqm and inerting stone graded of 22mm size with 0.017 Kg/Sqm of 20/30 bitumen per Sqm for anti skiding including all tools and plants etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mix is more than the specified quantity. (ii) Tenderer is advised to assess the realistic quantity of binder for the Design Mix specified above before quoting. If considered necessary, they may get the Design Mix done on their own before quoting the tender. However, the Design Mix done prior to quoting of tender shall not be considered for incorporation in the work after conclusion of contract.

M&L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows, letters, zebra cross etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads, pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed), spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine engine drive complete all as specified and as directed. S&F metal tubular delineators made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45 / 50mm dia mild steel pipe duly powder coated of 600 mm height and thermo plastic elastomer 3 band of green, red and yellow reflector radium type of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding the dealineator to the ground by means of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate), block of size 150 x 150 x 300mm all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, as in repair.

S&F of Cat's eye Road stud, solar reflective type, metal body alloy, size 100mm x 100 mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector with and incl MS stud of suitable size complete and fixing as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, as in repair. S&F of plastic speed bump of 750mm length x 250mm width x 75 mm high and made of ABS material with 2 nos high reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA and fixed with 4 nos nail and epoxy adhesive (base bumper & hole) on road surface complete and fixing as per manufacturer's instruction and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, as in repair. MAKE :- Model no DA-1006 of Dark Eye or equivalent model of Oscar safety Solution /ABS Engineering /3M / Sinor Infrastructure

S&F of Road safety convex mirror of 800mm dia, pole mounted on MS heavy grade pipe 50mm dia duly powder coated with anti-rust paint, 1.2 metre high from GL with 300 mm (minimum) embedded in ground and including necessary PCC M-10 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) block and two coats of paint by hot pressing over a coat of red oxide around the pipe in full perimeter all as per MOST and IRC specification complete and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, as in repair. Removing old paint on road surfaces by paint removers or burning off blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth complete all as specified and directed

All as per item no 13 here-in-before but exc 10cm wide on road complete all as specified and directed

S&F Spring Post of 710mm height, upper dia 80mm, base dia 200mm and weight not less than 1800 grams, made of special PU (Poly Urethane) material and install with epoxy and another adhesive without damage to roads all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down / up old one. S&F Solar Delineator (1000 x 47mm) made out of polycarbonate and toughened aluminium alloy body, (height 145mm x 80mm) comprises of 4 super bright LED of self illuminating, flashing type which gives 360 degree viewing with solar panel 2.5V, 120mm (approx) and detachable battery Ni-MH battery of 1.25V rechageable battery to give back up self and fixed on powder coated steel pipe of 1000mm height of approximate size as per make / manufacturer's instruction including necessary earth work in any type of soil fixed with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (by using 40mm graded stone aggregate) of block size 300 x 300 x 300mm including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed, as in repair.
