Survey, Desingn, Erection testing and commissioning of the followings for the new LT UG cables and LT Aerial Bunched cables by replacing the existing LT overhead conductors and other associated works:-
Survey of over head line to be converted in to LT UG cable and survey for new LT cable laying route, take-off points and Pillar box location spotting, preparation of survey report with route maps and obtaining approval of Electricity Department.
Dismantling of existing identified over head lines conductors, poles, insulators and other items wherever required (excluding the street light poles) and depositing to Employer's store
Installation, testing and commissioning of 600Amps 6 way LT Distribution Pillar Boxes on the plinth foundation. Which also includes local transportations, Crane charges, Cable terminations(Supply of ferrules, insulation tapes other required items included), construction of suitable civil plinth foundation, provision of pipe in pipe earth electrodes and thier terminations with pillar boxes. which also includes supply of all civil and other materials and labour

Design, engineering, erection, testing and commissioning of GI structures consist of the following and suitable for forming the new 22KV line bays:- i) 6.7mts height G.I Tower with base plates and with 1.5mts height tower cone top and 2mts. height earth spike (Required for forming casecading H-frames at the height of 4.175 mts and at 6.7mts for feeders gantry for outgoing feeder) (Complet set) - 3 nos ii) 4.175mts height G.I Tower with base plates (Required for forming casecading H-frames at the height of 4.175 mts for 22KV line bays) - 2 nos iii) 3.8 mts length horizantal gantry structures (Required to form cascading H- Frame with vertical GI structures) - 6 nos iv) 2 inch Aluminium tube of suitable thickness for forming the 3 phase 22 KV bus below the 22KV strung bus for 2 nos of 22KV line bays - Required length v) 22KV Bus post insulator with suitable mountiong arrangements for supporting the 2 inch Aluminium tubes. - 6 Nos (The above said all items to be provided at each substation constitute 1 Set). This also includes provision of foundations with foundation bolts for fixing the structure. This also includes supply of foundation bolts, all required civil and other materials, transportations, charges and labours
Stringing of 22KV 3 phase Bus with Zebra conductor. This also includes fixing of meatal hardwares and disc insulators, stringing, bolting, all jumpering and linking the new 22KV Bus with the existing 22KV Bus with zebra conductor , etc. All charges included
Formation of 2" Aluminium tubes 3 phase bus accros horizantal beams at 4.175mts height below the 22KV strung bus for each 22KV bay by mounting the Aluminium tube on support insulators on one side and on 22KV isolators on other side with suitable Aluminium clamps. This also includes provision of droper jumpers between strung bus and the aluminium tube bus with phanther and zebra conductors as the case may be with sutable size aluminium clamps as per the requirements. Supply of all other required materials, transportation and labour included. 1 Job = work at each 22KV bay)
Extension of main earth mat with 40mm MS rod and provision of raisers for all equipments for 2 nos of 22 KV bays
Construction of boundary for the extended swtchyard and provision of metal gelly of suitable size over the PCC layer and construction of cable trenches from near by cable trench by extension. Supply of all required civil and other materials, transportation, labour included for 2 nos of bays.
