Providng Grouting by specially prepared grout of WeberCrete /Roff Supercrete /Polyalk WP/Monobond /Perma shield/Hypercrate or equivalent with cement in proportion 1:3.5 (1 part chemical & 3.5 part cement by weight) along wih 50 ml super plasticizer Roff Plast 320/sun polycrete NCT/Perma Plast/Supercon 100 or non shrinking, non cracking antiwash high strength polymer cement grout P Cgrout available in bags or equivalent with proper water for injectable consistency and applying it in the body of structure like slab, beam, column, pillars, deckslab, retaining wall, basement, underground and elevated water storage reservoir concrete and brick wall, crack portion of structure etc. by injectng method, to achieve its original strength including drilling of suitable diameter drills holes at 2 to 4 Nos. per sqm. using caps and nozzle grouting machinery necessary, scaffolding, finishing and covering gurantee of 10 years on court stamp paper of Rs. 100/- and necessary testing etc. complete. Providing and applying water proofing treatment to vertical surface of brick and R.C.C. wall, elevated and over head R.C.C./brick water tanks and sumpwell etc. in all directions by using standard acrylic copolymer coating of Roff Hyguard, Monopol 456, Dr. Fixit Pidilite 2K or equivalent in two coats including cleaning the surface by wire brush, washing and and drying including covering guarantee of 7 years on Court stamp paper of Rs. 100/- and as directed by Engineer In Charge etc. complete. Providing and laying Hyperplas Aluminium or equivalent polymeric multiple monolithic five layer water proofing flexible, pliable and high tensile strength membrane (3kg/sqm) which is comprise oftop with "V" shape embossed 40 micron Aluminium foil to bear thermal expansion and avoiding delamination & consist of centre core of 90 micron thick High Molecular High density Polyethylene film (HMHDPE) which is protected on both the side with polymeric mix. Applying the membrane by therm of using to roof & parapet after applying thin film of hot blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 grade @ 1.2kg /sqm maximum as per surface condition or Hyper plasprimer @250gms /sqm as per site condition on the surface to be treated with 10cm over lapping including finishing etc. complete and covering guarantee of 7years on stamp paper of Rs.100/-and as directed by Engineer-incharge. Providing and applying polymer modified plaster of 20 mm thick in C.M. 1:3 and adding polymer such as Webercrete, Roff Supercrete, Monobond, Perma Shield, Hypercrate, Dr. Fixit Powercrete at 6.00 litres in 1 bag of Cement and polyprolen fibers @125 gm Polymer powder superscreed or equivalent @ 3.3 kg/ per bag of cement and Superscreed P @ 1 bag per bag of cemeny to damaged structural concrete members by removing chipping out loose concrete, cleaning surface by wire, etc. including curing with covering 7 years guarantee on court stamp paper of Rs.100/- guarantee.
