Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof covering including ridge, north light curves etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size & pattern) including all fitting, head shocs, bends etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre- Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping ,drilling of screws/suitable length GI 'J' or 'L' hooks in roof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1mm thick GI sheet in ridges hips, valley gutters, drip etc welded or soldered joints with grade of zinc coating 275 . And including neccessry arangement for leakage proof drop in to rain water pipes 160mm dia complete all as spd and directed.

S&F 2 mm fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting of a similar pattern as that of PPGI sheet with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw, GI 'J' or 'L' hooks in roof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 160mm bore PVC rain water pipe single socketed(ISI Marked) any length with rubber ring joints , complete fittings etc fixed to wall fixed with MS clamps 8mm dia with two nuts wall nails etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of vallay gutter and expended metal any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed..

S&F for roof trusses (framed) trussed, Purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing(Beam, Angle, Channel or flat section,plain plates) including distance pieces, cleats ,welding and braceing etc,Fe-410W(Gde-E-250)quality -B, including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel Angles, bars, flats ,plane angle cleats for securing to vallay gutter supports, wall ties,securing purlins J or L hook clamps with nut bolts,washers and similar small articles confirming to Fe 290 or Gde-E165 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime mortar plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick walls, RCC pillars, beams, purlins etc and finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two coats (10 + 5 mm), both coat mixed with integral water proofing compound ISI Marked @ 2% by the weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on wall, coloums, beams etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls, chajjas,filling of hair line cracks with white cement and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal weather resistant acrylic paint over a coat of acrylic primer in approved shade and as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including washing down, rubbing down and applying antifungal treatement as required and applying two coats of 100% acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
