Annual maintenance of real time dam level monitoring system for KHEP I and II dams

The prospective bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work such as Annual Maintenance/ Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Repair/ Servicing, or Maintenance of Radar-Based Real-Time Water Level Monitoring Systems for dams, reservoirs, power plants, water resources projects, or any other similar applications in any reputed Industry, PSU, or Government Organization of value not less than Rs.4.68 Lakhs with GST in any reputed Industry/ PSU/Government organization in the preceding five financial years (i.e 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 and 2025-26). In proof of this, bidder should submit single work done certificate and corresponding work order issued by the competent authority (in case of state/central Government/Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer) .Weightage of 10 % per year applicable to previous work orders to bring the current year price level.

The bidder in his name, should have in the last five years (i.e 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 and 2025-26) achieved at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 9.35 Lakhs. In proof of this turnover certificate duly certified by a chartered accountant shall be furnished. (A Weightage of 10 % per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current price level.
