Providing and applying tack coat for BC with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of Grading - II-13 mm (Nominal Size), premixed with Bitumen VG-30 @ 5.4% of weight of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechanical means stone aggregates of specific size 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam Grading 3 including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORT&H Specification clause No. 405 as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.
