Taking down carefully existing water proofing treatment including screed bed and disposal of rubbish outside of MD land and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, lacing courses parapets , copings, kneelers, bed plates etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture of make-Berger , asian Dr. Fixit or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment applying PU & Acrylic based Elostomeric Coat in UV shafe having OVOC coating apply two coats as per manufacturer's instructions to protect roof over clean plastered surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Water proofing gurantee & Security Amount shall be as specified in para 27.5 on page 111 of CA.

Demolition of RCC of any descrition and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded stone agg) for chajjas, crumple etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for gunniting to RCC works in column beams, slabs, chajja, facia, landing, balconies etc by removing/ dismantling of RCC (loose concrete) and cutting of steel bar including plaster cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy, paint anti corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick with sikatop Armatec 108 or Colusal VL of MC Bauchemie to rusted steel reinforcement after removing cleaning all rust and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 75mm x75mm with 4mm dia steel wire as facies/drops and similar works etc and expoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface with Sikadur 32 of Sikka. Nito bond EP of fosroc or equivalent (as per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg sqcm and applying 35mm thick gunniting in cement mortar (1:2) (one part of cement and two part of ghaghar sand) using ordinary port land cement of 43 grade over wherever required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surface shall be thoroughly scrubbing with. (ii) Additional reinforced TMT bars where incorporated in work and including 20mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 (iii) Work to be carried out as in patches as directed by Engr-in-charge. (iv) Rate for steel scaffolding upto 10m height as directed to be included in quoted rate. (v) All demolished material removed from MoD land completely. (vi) All loose concrete fallen on floor while gunniting to be cleaned & removed from site to outside MoD land.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips

M&L TMT steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over cut to length bent shape required, including cranking bending binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality conforming to relevant IS complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50m as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for brick with fly ash brick old size straight of curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement Plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of debris, complete all as specified and as directed

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on surfaces of ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new undecorated plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and as directed

M & L preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemer over 2 to 3mm thick cement based wall putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for submain wiring with in replacement 2 single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 4 Sqmm copper conductor PVC sheathed in and including rigid PVC concealed conduit heavy duty of suitable size incl cutting chiseling of wall and making good to disturbed surface of walls / floor etc with plastering painting etc so as to match with the existing finishes, drawn with 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable for earth wire fixed with shaddle and connecting to common earth teriminals complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp 240 volts.

Electric storage water heater (vertical type) 25 litres, with porcelain enamel glass lined inner tank 230 V, AC, Single phase, IS 2082 certified, 4/5 Star rating, with 15mm brass non return valve and including connecting fastners not less than 100 mm with suitable nut, bolt & washers grouted in walls with complete masonry work for proper mounting of Geyser fastning bolts etc as directed as site reqmt and making necessary inlet and outlet water & electric connection tested on load including provision of 15 Amp plug top and PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper conductor cable 4 sqmm 3 core upto 15 Amp plug point and inlet and outlet copper connection complete all as specified and directed. GI Tubes, light grade, 40 mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on walls etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L complete for drilling hole under hard standing /road in different location as per site requirement (between 03 mtr to 12mtr maximum) for laying of pipe for protection of cable etc by means of mannual bookle and without disturbing the top surface and making good the disturbed surface if any complete all as specified.

Supply & fix MCB SPN 8 Way Single door sheet metal enclosures for DB's when MCBs to be used all as specified and directed

M&L sub main wiring with multistranded FR copper conductor cable PVC sheathed in and including concealed suitable size PVC conduit medium grade with fittings and two runs of 10 Sqmm and one run of 10 Sqmm FR copper conductor as earth wire and connected to earth dolly suitable for mounting modular switches including modular metal flush boxes and modular face plate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge, (The works includes cutting of chasis and making good disturbed surfaces alongwith finishing the suface with matching the existing paint coat all this work should included in the rate deemed to included in quated rate).

M&L for making PCC block of size 25 X 25 X 25 cm in CM 1:2:4 Type B1set in cm 1:4 with 20 mm graded stone for arresting GI pipe post on the roof top of the building complete, etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for making stand post (1m) each made out of GI pipe 50 mm dia medium grade for fixing on the roof top at the building etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling and taking up existing serviceable air termination single pointed made of any material complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

S&F a single pointed air termination aluminium rod 1500 mm long 20 mm dia of superior quality of the rod for fixing on stand post on the rooftop of the building etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only porcelin viterous white/ brown/ green insulators of sizes 25mm x 25mm having provision of two holes for fixing on roof / wall under strip/ channel on top for running of down conductors to maintain gap between wall and down conductors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to Floor/wall / roof/Air termination and connecting Machinery to test point with 25x4 mm aluminium strip including taking down existing aluminium/GI strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note :- (i) Laying / fixing of strip from air termination to test point shall be in one run i.e. there shall be no joint in between air termination. In case joint is required, it shall be jointed with nut & bolt joint with breezing full contact of strip. ii) Strip shall be fixed on insulator at the interval not more than 900mm in such a manner at any place it shall not touch to wall/ roof / any metalic body and also include brazing. (Cost of insulator shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items of Sch of works as supply only)

M&L in replacement for fixing of GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade laid in trenchless acd cover the strips all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Note:- The amount of Rs 13650/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 141 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
