Disconnecting, removing and dismantling radiator assembly from the following capacity DG sets and descaling the radiator throughly with CTC solution/any other chemical solvent agent as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, stopping of leakeage at place to copper cores and tubes by brazing scapping the existing Oil paint, dusting and painting the radiator with enamelled paint etc re-installing and commissioning all as directed:-

Disconecting the existing battery of capacity 12V, 92/100 AH from the DG Set, taking it to battery workshop, draining out the complete unserviceable sulphuric acid from the battery, filling up with new sulphuric acid to the required level, charging the battery, testing the battery for correct specific gravity, bringing back to the location, connecting to DG Set, start the engine for satisfactory function all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No.3 herein before but 12V,180AH

M&L for replacing the worn out carbon brushes slipring type in alternator of 7.5/20/30 KVA capacity DG set including all necessary connected works complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning complete genset and panel surface, Scraping down the old faded existing paint from the following capacity DG Set of making the surface smooth by filling up the uneven surfaces with putty and scraping with emery sheet, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, painting the details of panel over the panel complete all as specified and directed:-

Draining out the existing diesel from the tank from the following capacity DG Set , kept as side for repouring, taking down the complete fuel tank of any capacity from its position after disconnecting all the fuel lines, carryout cleaning work with solutions, removing the dust and foreign materials from the tank, drying the tank, blow with air painting and carry out recaliberation of diesel tank to the specified level including replacement of PVC level pipe, refix the tank in its original position, connecting all the removed fuel connections, refilling the kept diesel back to the tank carefully, remove air from the fuel connections, start the engine and test for satisfactory function complete all as specified and directed:-

LIFTS: Comprehensive , preventive and periodical maintenance of lifts (02 Nos) Make: OTIS (GEN 2 NOVA) for 13 Passenger / 884 Kg capacity each with travelling speed of 1.5 mtr /sec installed at Adm Block MRC, Saugor in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques & expertise consultancy( by manufacturer (OTIS) or Agency Authorized by them) by regularly using latest techniques & expertise consultancy by regularly examining , lubricating and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipment , governor sleeve , shaft assembly , bearing / contact , governor jaws car & hall mechanical buttons , car & hall position indicators car direction indicators and all other car and landin signal / fixtures , deflectors, car and counter weight guide rails and buffers etc including replacement of defective / spares parts other than mentioned in Ser No w below , such as wire , lugs , nut, bolts , screws , hand rails, ventilating fan , holder, lubricant , gear oil, aircord , landing wheel , aircord wheel , rubber bush , rail guide shoe , all types of control panel & all type of their cards i.e. Air commutation card , TTU card , computer card, hardware card etc including welding, cutting, drilling etc as and when required, complete all as directed to entire satisfaction of Engineer – in- charge

Notes :- (a) The cost of all replaced defective parts / spares other than mentioned in Srl item No.47.01 to 47.08 is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect . (b) The comprehensive / preventive / periodical maintenance/ inspection / testing as per service manual . The inspection / test report will be submitted to Engineer -in-charge. (c) The complete records of replaced spare parts shall be maintained and shall be produced to Engineer –in-Charge as and when asked to produce the same. (d) The AMC shall become in force immediately after issue of work order No-01 . The lifts will be handed over to contractor in as and when condition and cost of all kind of repair / replacement of item to make it fully functional , other than mentioned in Srl item No.47.01 to 47.08 is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (e) All the complaints will be addressed within 02 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint if, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend the complaints within 02 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint, the compensation / penalty of Rs 500/- ( Rupees Five hundred only) per complaint per hr for first 04 hrs and after that Rs 1000/- ( Rupees One Thousand only ) Per complaint per hr shall be recovered from the contractors dues. (f) The cost of transportation ( to and from ) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (g) The contractor shall display his or his tradesmen’s / employee’s mobile / contact no in each lift car & at lift lobby and update from time to time.

Notes for Srl item No. 46 & 47: Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of all electrically operated lifts including replacement of spare parts shall be got executed by the contractor through OEM i.e. M/s OTIS or their authorised repesentative/personnel.
