Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying 40 to 50mm thick roughly hammer dressed Jodhpur stone patti cable cover 25cm to 30cm wide and n. exc 60cm long each laid dry abutting with each other with maximum gap between adjacent slabs n. exc 10mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down/out unserviceable LT UG Cable of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with Walls/Poles complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, lay, test and commissioning of LTUG, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, 1100V grade of size 400 Sqmm 3½ core electric cable with aluminum conductor, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armored with galvanized steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed, laid in trenches or passing through pipe, making all connections with and including provision of necessary glands, lugs, bushing etc as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes:- Note : Earthwork excavation sand cushioning, Jodhpur Stone patti, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately in their respective items

(Note: ICS = ICU 100%).

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole 250 Amps, breaking capacity 36 KA, thermal & magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts with extended copper terminals IP-43 complete and connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: ICS = ICU 100%).

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole 200 Amps, breaking capacity 36 KA, thermal & magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts with extended copper terminals IP-43 complete and connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: ICS = ICU 100%).

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole 160 Amps, breaking capacity 36 KA, thermal & magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts with extended copper terminals IP-43 complete and connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: ICS = ICU 100%).

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole 125 Amps rupturing capacity 16 KA IP-43 with connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: ICS = ICU 100%).

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps rupturing capacity 16 KA IP-43 with connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: ICS = ICU 100%).

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 63 Amps rupturing capacity 16 KA with connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting the existing bituminous road / hard standing to size not exceeding 45cm wide and depth not less than 45cm for passing of UG cable through GI pipe and making good the disturbed surface filled with excavated material and top 200mm depth with plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F steel water tubing 50 mm bore, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in trench on pole for protection of cable etc and including taking down existing pipe of any description complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation testing and commisioning LT Panel 415 volt four wire AC 50 Hz factory made, IP-43 CPRI Approved floor mounted,Outdoor type panel made out of MS sheet of size 3.15 mm thick of size suitable size for fixing of MCCB, Aluminum bus bar with having separetely locking arrangements duly with powder coated and mounted on an angle iron frame, 45 cm height above ground level duly fixed with PCC etc, including contol wiring including taking down old LT Panel complete to accomodate including the following accesories:

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning out door type LT feeder piller box of suitable size, padestal mounted, IP-43 CPRI type tested factory made totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, double leaf shutter in front and single leaf shutter in rear side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, framing with 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron and legs of size 0.5m long, duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door with 4 side slanting roof duly projected and painted to both internal and External surfaces with powder coating paint in heat process of sheet and suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising with and the panel shall be mounted on 50x50x6mm angle iron stand of height 45cm above ground and 45 cm embeded in ground on suitable PCC foundations. Computer cut shelf adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided complete and taking down existing etc complete all as specified and as directed. M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 3 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

NOTE FOR ITEM No. 41.00 [i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 100M [ii]. PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm round bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways. [iii]. Main earthing strip from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr. [iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs and charcoal & salt as reqd. [v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m.

Trimming/Cutting of tree branches/bushes which obstructing the LT/HT OH lines including removing of cutting branches from site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable doors, back sheets, side sheet of LT panels, or feeder pillar box installed at various places by cutting/descrewing after making the system disconnected from Elect supply and M&L for fabrication of doors/frames/ partition, bottom sheet by bending hot or cold, making holes, notching, welding of MS black sheet for LT panel board, feeder pillar box made out of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet including providing hinges for opening or closing of door, making handles, locking arrangement and painting of sheet both side with superior quality smoke grey paint after applying a coat of red oxide and matching with the existing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr - in-charge at site. Note : The cost of disconnecting of LT cable and earth strip and reconnecting the same after repair work shall be deemed to be inclussive in the unit quoted rates.

M&L straight through joints (epoxy) for under ground cable including joints kit with labour complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cables of size 185 Sqmm 3½ core and including taking down old existing joint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
