Renovation of GS Directorate at second floor APJ Abdul Kalam at ADA HQ

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 100 meters lead as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 meters lead : Thickness above 50mm

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by manual or mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading away from the site or as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Full Solid Height Partition. Partition in 2"x2" Aluminium frame work at 2'-0" center to center upto the Existing Ceiling height. The frame work both sides to be covered with 12mm thk BWR plywood upto the false ceiling, finished with 4mm thk veneer and/or 1mm thk laminate with necessary inlays and grooves as per drawing. Partition at floor level to be fixed with 4" high skirting, made of 12mm thk BWR plywood finished with 1mm thk laminate and edges covered with approved wood beading. All veneer and beading surface to be finished with melamine polish as instructed by architects. All as per drawings and/or instructions of the architect. All materials to be approved by the architects. • both side Laminate (Scope also includes provision of cable conduits for all the electrical/networking/telephone works as per site requirements)

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and patterns as per CPWD Specification 2019, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mmthick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides)comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-inCharge. With 15 mm thick tegular/butt edged without perforation plain/designer light weight calcium silicate Anti-Microbial Bio-Safe coated false ceiling tiles Confirming to JIS-Z2801 and ASTM G-21

Supply and fixing of 1.00mm Meta cab colour coated Roofing sheet along with necessary hardware, all as per specification of OEM, etc complete.

Providing, fabricating and installation of MS frame structure using hollow section, angle sections and suitable anchoring nuts and bolts of TATA make incl Civil work grouting foundation, scaffolding required for erection of structure, curing, etc., complete all as per standards.

Providing and rendering water proofing treatment for the terrace of Annex Bldg, NFTC, consisting of following operations: a) Applying & grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 Kg/Sqm of cement admixture with proprietary water proofing compound confirming to IS: 2645 over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying the cement concrete using broken bricks/brick bats 25mm to 100mm size with 50% cement mortar 1:5(1: Cement 5: Coarse sand) admixture with proprietary water proofing compound confirming to IS: 2645 to required slope and treating adjoining walls up to 300mm height including rounding of junction of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary water proofing compound confirming to IS 2645. d) Finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1: 4 (1 : Cement 4: Coarse sand ) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound confirming to IS: 2645 and finally finishing the surface with trowel and neat cement slurry and making of 300 x 300mm square. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a period of two weeks for curing and final tests. The average thickness of 120mm and min thickness at khurra 65mm. f) All above operations to be in order and as directed and specified by Engineer in charge and service guarantee shall be given for a period of 07 years from the date of completion. Any defects noticed during this period shall be rectified immediately at the risk and cost of contractor. Or Any other suitable Technology & methodology and chemical required as per site condition and complete all as per OEM specification to arrest water leakage to the above said building.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.
