SPECIAL REPAIR FOR CONVERSATION OF OH CONDUCTOR WITH UG CABLE INCLUDING CONNECTED ITEMS AT CERTAIN PORTION OF 11 GRRC PROVN OF 01 X TOILETS FOR NURSING OFFR AT BLDG NO 37 PSY WD OF CHCC AND PROVN OF INTERLOCKING PAVER BLOCK AT GRH GROUND OF SOI

Taking down existing ACSR conductor including disconnection after taking proper written shut down from LT OH line all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of GI wire any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing LT insulators any types and any size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 metre deep in soft / loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dry Sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness (18 cm) shall be consider for measurement purpose

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 grade, in gray cement with approved design & pattern / shape laid as in foot path, / hard standing / drive ways or parking etc., made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks over the the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement twin core, 6 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded aluminium conductor cable, over all PVC sheathed, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed complete all as specified.

M&L for 50 mm bore mild steel galvanised water tubing, light grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid on floors / fixed to poles / or passing under road crossing, for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 pole, 400 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, 36 KA, with thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (ii) Digital VAF+PF meter with RS 485 CL1 -01No (iii) CTs ratio 250/5 A ,class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three (iv) Indicating lamp- 01 set of three (v) Four Pole , Aluminium bus bar 800 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators.

(c) Platform of Panel. Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The hight of platform shall be 45 cm above the nearest road level.

Note - (i) Following type test certificate for panel with switchgear as per IEC 61439 Part I & II shall be obtained from panel manufacturer by the contractor and shall be submitted along with panel Drawing for the approval the GE before supply of panel at site. Note (ii) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (iii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint. (iv) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947-II/IS 13947-II (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer (v) The enclosures shall be designed to take care of normal stress as well as abnormal electromechanical stress due to short circuit conditions. All covers and doors provided shall offer adequate safety to operating persons and provide ingress protection upto IP 54 unless otherwise stated. Ventilating openings and vent outlets, shall be arranged such that same ingress protection of IP 54 is retained. Suitable pressure relief devices shall be provided to minimize danger to operator during internal fault conditions. (vi) MCCBs upto 160A should have operating voltage 415V AC class II insulation, Line Load Reversibility , ICS=100%ICU , ROHS Compliant.

(a) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 pole , 63 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, 16 KA, with thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (ii) 3 pole power contractor AC 3 rating 40 Amp, 240 Volt AC -01 Nos (iii) Astronomical Digital Timer Switch 240 V AC -01 Nos (iv) Digital VAF+PF meter with RS 485 Cl-1 -01 No (v) CTs ratio 200 / 5 A ,class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three (vi) Indicating lamp- 01 set of three (vii) Four Pole, Aluminium bus bar 150 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators.

(a) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 pole, 300 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, 36 KA, with thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (ii) Digital VAF+PF meter with RS 485 CL1 -01No (iii) CTs ratio 300/5 A ,class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three (iv) Indicating lamp- 01 set of three (v) Four Pole , Aluminium bus bar 600 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made, CPRI approved, overall, powder coated LT Panel board, cubical compartmentalized, out door type double door, plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars four pole installed on porcelain / SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and outer shell made of 3.00 mm CRCA MS sheet, inner shell made of 2.00 mm thick CRCA MS sheet, 50 x 50 x 6 mm size MS angle iron frame work, the cubical have bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm duly powder coated, front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement with MS Canopy, lock, heavy duty with polyamide heavy duty hinges including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 Sqmm) and comprising of the following:-

(b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole , 40 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 16 KA thermal magnetic release - 02 Nos. Note for MCCB : All incoming & outgoing MCCB shall have double make, double break with Arc Chute per pole.

(b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole, 100 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, 25 KA thermal magnetic release - 02 Nos (ii) MCCB 4 pole, 63 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, 25 KA thermal magnetic release - 06 Nos Note for MCCB : All incoming & outgoing MCCB shall have double make, double break with Arc Chute per pole.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 using, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintel, lintel band, cill, beam & similar works complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for steel reinforcement of TMT bars (Fe-500 Grade) 10 mm dia and over cut to length and bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally, hooking end and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel reinforcement of TMT bars (Fe-500 Grade) 8 mm dia, cut to length and bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally, hooking end and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel reinforcement of TMT bars (Fe-500 Grade) not exc 8 mm dia and over as in stirrups cut to length and bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hOoping for columns hooking end and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in plinth including watering and consolidation complete all as psecified

M&L PCC 1:5:10 Type E 2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm with stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, complete all as specified.

S&F aluminium anodised Barrel tower bolts of extruded section, length of bolt 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15 mm size fancy type pillar tap cast copper alloy with capston heads chromium plated screwed down high pressure with or without hot or cold with long screws shanks and fly nuts screwed for iron pipes all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 500 litres capacity double layer, rotational moulded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and complete.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats exterior emulsion weather coat paint of make Apex (Asian Paint) / Weather coat (Berger) / Excel Top Guard (Nerolac) over one coat primer with 2 mm thick cement base wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
