Excavation in foundations , trenches etc., in earth work , lift up to 1.50 metres. Stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers , when required in to plinth and sides of foundations etc., conslolidating each of the disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all excavated soil as directed with in the load of 20 mtrs. Pick and Jumper work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and placing horizontal layers filtering media duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer Incharge with in all leads and lifts. (a)3mm to 6mm stone chips/Bajr

Manufacturing and fixing intake-cum- filter box 40x40x60 cm with M.S. sheet (2.00mm thick) by cutting and welding (two layers) including MS angle achors 45x45x5 mm at corners, catch trough 20 cm on one side of box with MS bar screens having mesh size not more than 5 mm, inside MS perforated sheet with holes not more than 5mm to support filter media (Media will be paid and measured separately). Providing outlet with G.I.pipe 65 mm dia GI nipple with suitable reducing socket and inside remove-able wire mesh strainer mesh size not more than 5mm, 25 mm dia G.I. socket for over-flow and scouring fixed with plug, complete with locking arrangement and handles for lifting including placing in position at site (earth work to be paid and measusred separately) with appoxy painting inside and outside as per design and drawing with all leads and lifts as per per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement: 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm( Forty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5 approved sand:3approved graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth:

i) Foundation and plinth (bed) with in all leads and lifts.

(ii) Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in

: Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

i) Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like: Floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness .

ii) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string couress and the like.

iii) Edge of slab and breaks in floors and wall under20cm wide within all leads and lifts.

Providing mild steel/ tor steel reinfircement for rainforced concrete work i/c bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Steel work in single sections including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R.S. joists, channels, angles, Tees, with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer -In-charge

Prov. and fixing GMS tubes of following dia in walls, floors , ventilating pipe/ over flow pipe etc. including tube fittings and making the wall, floors etc. good. i.e welding with one feets 25mm flat iran both side of req.pipes. (25mm-80mm) dia.

Providing & fixing cantrolling arrangement with( 25 to 65) mm dia wheel valve i/c all type of tube fitting compelete.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade I/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fabrication and fixing Common Header of G.I. Pipe for distribution of water at various S/tanks, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest as appliable and with upto date ammendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of Advani/Oerliken make/ISI marked(welding rods 3mm to 4mm) and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees bends & other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach & of approved specificatin as per site conditions and cutting of pipes (100 mm Dia Inlet Pipe and 15 mm Dia Out let Pipe ( 12-20 Nos out lets) as per drawing,wherever required as per site requirment i/c carriage in all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats deco paint on RCC Work including cleaning all dirt, dust and other foreign matters other than white paint
