Dismantling floors, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces 350 x 250mm / 450 x 300mm, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In-Charge.

M & L for White/ Colour Non skid Ceramic tiles 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n exceeding 0.38 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with rectified edges ( joint free) etc set and jointed in neat cement slury over cement screed 15 mm thick 1:6.

M & L for White/ Colour Non skid Ceramic tiles 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n exceeding 0.38 sqm , in vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with rectified edges (Joint free) as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and incl 10 cm thick backing with cm 1:4.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceilings, roof slab etc including racking out Joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in two layer of 10mm thick over 5mm thick each on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixing with integral water proofing compound (WPC) @ of 3% of cement and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) over cleaned, brushed by wire brush and washed by water etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied on new plastered surfaces of walls complete as mentioned in SSR all as specified and as directed .

M & L for 10mm thick cement plastering with cement mortar 1:4 brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.
