Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rates shall be quoted with required scafolding for a height upto 10 meter buildings till plaster/ pointing and finishes.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling of any description including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down complete existing water proofing treatment of any description over roof slabs / parapets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) in ceiling of chajjs/ roof projection etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete as specified and directed. Note :- Rates shall be quoted with required scafolding for a height upto 10 meter buildings inclusive of working whereever required

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in floors in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on concrete or brick surfaces with water proofing compound in sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in vertical surface in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on concrete or brick surfaces with water proofing compound in sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying water proofing treatment to sunken floors portion of WC, bathroom etc by applying first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mioxed with make : Dr Fixit or equivalent in asian paints/ FOSROC chemicals, Acrylic based Polymer modified cementitious (PMC) compound @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based PMC compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing for 40mm dia light grade GI spout at the lowest point with 30cm projection beyound the outer face of the wall in sunken floor

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed including 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed bed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for removal of old PVC/cast iron floor trap incl wall crossing pipe and grating and fixed with new outlet 75mm PVC SWR floor trap with stainless steel grating and new wallcrossing and filling with PCC 1:2:4 with WPC incl matching with existed tile and jpining with ourter pipeline with solvent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B1 ( 1:2:4) ( 20mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops , over chajjas as padding, rounded or chamferd on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. Note :1. Rates shall be quoted with required scafolding for a height upto 10 meter buildings inclusive of working of Item No. 01 hereinbefore.

M&L for preparation of old treated/ untreated stone/ brick wall surfaces and applying one coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint ( Anti Fungal) white or tinted complete all as specified and as directed. Note :1. Rates shall be quoted with required scafolding for a height upto 10 meter buildings.

Material And Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer on wall complete all as specified and directed.
