Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder should read and understand the entire tender documents terms and conditions before submitting the bid

Technical Criteria

Capabilities of Vendor

It is mandatory to submit documentary evidence of the experience of the tenderer being a supplier of fodder, having supplied at least 250 metric tons of fodder to Government/Government Autonomous Institutions/Registered Trusts (Goshalas) in the past.

Work Done Certificate

Documents regarding holding PAN card under the Income Tax Act.

Annual turnover certificate for the last 3 financial years obtained from an authorized Chartered Accountant (with UIDN number).

The tenderer should submit documents for filing IT returns for the last 3 financial years

The tenderer shall submit a notarized certificate of Rs. 100/- on a stamped paper (as per Annexure-A) to show that he/she is not blacklisted.

Financial Status

To participate in the tender, the tenderer should have an annual turnover of at least Rs. 30.00 lakhs in the last 3 financial years, and in this regard, it is mandatory to submit Audited Balance sheet, Profit & Loss Account Statement from an authorized Chartered Accountant.
