M & L cement concrete 1:7:12 with brick course aggregate as in filling in sunk floors complete all as directed.

M & L treatment for sunken portion with and including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid WPC @ 200ml per bag of cement when concrete surface is green. and applying two coats of industrial bitumen 85/25 laid @ 1.20Kg/Sqm after drying of cement plaster including cleaning of surface over 150 micron PVC films laid when bitumen is hot complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chagre. (Note : bitumen, PVC films are inclded in the items.and WPC shall be measured and paid in supply only item)

S & F PVC solid factory made door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket including 1Nos MCB 20Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down Split/Multi AC unit 1.5/2 Ton capacity/3 ton capacity(indoor and outdoor unit) with voltage stabilizer and AC manager by removing all electrical connections and indoor to outdoor unit gas pipes, nut bolts from HQ bldg and shifting to store for safe custody. After completion of civil work, Refixing/installing Split AC/window AC 1.5/2 Ton with voltage stabilizer at the suitable place by connecting all electrical connections and copper piping with insulation (5/8th x 3/8th and 1/2" x 1/4") with nut bolts as per site requirement, testing and commissioning, if any extra cable ,gas pipes, gas filling require at the time of installation the quoted rate is deemed to be included, No extra cost will be paid to contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 2x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size.

Supply and Fix Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and directed.
