Dismantling of RCC or any type of jallies as in walls including taking out debris etc out of MOD area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with subs class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of srl item No 03 above but except bricks

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean built in cement mortor 1:6. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size not exc 0.25 sqm fixed and including making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fasteners, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering as backing coat on brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 rough finished on vertical surfaces to receive tiles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as coping including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angles and finishing exposed surface even and smooth including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick Ready mix plaster on brickwork or concrete surfaces of wall (external surface) finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) un-reinforced, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified & directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

M&L for 12mm thick tiles (square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.08 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, Including dismantling old floor tile including cement mortar bedding and removal of debris out of premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast rubber mould coloured concrete Designer 3D PU Coated paver blocks of 60mm thick any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 ,M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment over & including 50mm thick sand cushion over sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base / flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of RCC posts or struts embedded in ground, any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work as in post etc of any description not otherwise provided for. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, manholes covers flat iron as in chain link fencing etc with ends of bars shouldered or reverted , frame work of water tanks and similar work conf to fe 290.Gde E 165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, bolting etc and similar works confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, in any type of soil and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation/fancing post fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old damaged chain link fencing wiremesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc. 5cm long and dia of shank 5 to 10mm etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm dia and over mild steel round bars as in straining bars as in fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including all moulds and forms complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new/old steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 20mm thick with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl 12mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 as backing coat for receiving of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for matt finish exterior wall tiles 8 to 10mm thick & not exc 0.18 sqm, colour & shade of tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid and bedded in any morter complete all as specified and directed.
