Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in for laying of electric cable, pole foundation and stays etc and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 1 above but exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exc.3.0 mtr

Returning, filling in soil , approved earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 250mm thick after cable are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Surplus soil) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Cutting through existing bituminous road /PCC/floor/approx size width 50cm X 60cm depth along cross section of the road for laying of GI tubing/RCC pipe for encasing of cable and repairsing the road to match with the original finish, M&L complete all as specified.

S & F stay assembly comprising of MS stay plate of size 30cmx30cmx6mm thick, stay rod with nuts 215cm long, 16 mm dia, MS/GI stay bow 40 cm length with 2 Nos GI thimbles, galvanized stay wire standard size 7/4mm, loop insulation size 65 x 90mm clearance of hole 16 mm & other accessories all as per SSR Part-1, Plate No.1 including necessary MS clamps complete all as specified and directed.(excavation earth work ,PCC work and stay wire will be measured and paid separetaly)

Supplaying, install and errect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole in replacement complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, final taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc. pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing conforming to IS-2713 part-II type 410 SP-531 (9.0 metre long) LT including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bends at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block , each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No the black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8 cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:1. Excavation and PCC works will be measured and paid separatly in respected items.)

Dismantling of cross arms of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including a coat of red oxide primer one underand & one finishing coat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, stringing, streaching and binding in replacement with insulator, ACSR conductor (Weasel /ferret/Mink) on HT/LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections, trimming of trees approximately 2 mtr around conductor etc all as specified & directed.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box in replacement, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars 600Amps capacity for looping & branch connection system .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 (a) The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.0mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and angle iron padastal frame 600mm high above ground level. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. (Note : The bus bar chamber Box shall be designed in such a way that adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments and the size of the chamber shall not be less than 600mm height (without base frame & canopy), 600mm width and 500mm depth).

M&L for scrubbing out old paint, rust etc from LT Steel tubular pole of any size and making smooth and even surface then painting with one coat of anti rust paint and two coat of superior quality aluminium paint on entire exposed portion of pole structure and writing Abbreviated feeder name in 2 " size with white paint on black base all as directed at site(work shall be completed in the stipulated period as directed by Engineer -in-charge other wise compensation @ Rs 2000/hour will be charged for extra time for the completion of work ).
