Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC column, footing, plinth beam, stair case etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cm X 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angle for boarding supported by casurina props at suitable intervals etc., completed complying with standard specification and as directed. Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designe glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lamd so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Solid PVC Door with frame Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings.
