Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning Solar Water heating system (Flat Plate Collector 15 Nos of 100 LPD Each) to raise water temperature upto 60-70 degree celcius on clear sunny day with 1500 LPD hot water stainless steel tank as per IS-12933 and IS 12976 as approved by MNRE with heat exchanger SS-304, 1500 Ltrs tank with 100mm insulation, collector structure, system piping (insulated Rockwool insulation 100mm Al sheet cladding 24 SWG) including electrical backup of 3 KW electrical heating elements - 04 Nos with all fittings/accessories, angle iron of size (60x60x6mm) support for mounting of Hot water tank and angle iron of size (30x30x4mm) support for mounting Flat plate collector including necessary fabrication, welding work etc complete with nuts bolts and washers and applying painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide primer for mounting of hot water tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. S&F 3- layer PP- R polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes having inner dia 32 mm SDR 7.4 (PN 16) UV stabilized and anti microbial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threded polyproyline random fittings complete fixed to walls, ceilings or in floors etc including all fitting such as bends, tee, reducers elbow etc all as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cutting the existing tubing and inserting new reducer Tee of suitable size including necessary screwing threading, tail pieces, short pieces, jointing material etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade with complete fittings (such as elbow, unions, nipples, tees, bends, short pieces, connectors, back-nuts, caps, plugs, diminishing pieces and sockets) etc as per site requirement of 25 mm dia GI pipe line laid on floor, wall or ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site complete suitable for 32mm bore pipe, screwed both side ends for 3-Layer PP-R pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site complete suitable for 25mm bore pipe, screwed both side ends for 3-Layer PP-R pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Gun metal glove or gate valve with iron wheel head, complete suitable for 25mm bore pipe, screwed both side ends for GI pipe or unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed of 25mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for bib tap, cast copper alloy chromium plated of size 20mm dia with crutch or butter fly handle and reducer of 25x20mm dia, screwed down, screwed for for iron pipe including reducer socket complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F rotational moulded poly ethylene three layer water storage tank of capacity 1000 Ltrs (Cylindrical vartical with closed top) hoisted and fixing position all as specified in SSR Part- I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 incl painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide primer for mounting of water tank and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F MCB DB SPN 4 Way double door type, (IP 43 Protection) flush mounting for MCBs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Legrand/Indoasian/ABB/Havells

M&L for submain wiring for 3 phase and neutral of 10 Sqmm size of main cable and 01 for earth continuity conductor (wire) of single core PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of specified size 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked, drawn through PVC conceiled conduit of suitable size with all fittings accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
