Supply, laying testing and commissioning of UG HT cables, 33000 volts grade, 3 core 300 sqmm (Earthed), XPLE insulated and PVC sheathed, strip armoured, with multi stranded aluminum conductor, heavy duty conforming to latest relevant IS, cables laid in trenches/ducts/under plinth floors passing through pipes etc, fixed on wall complete all as directed.
Supply, laying testing and commissioning of UG HT cables, 11000 volts grade, 3 core 95 sqmm (Earthed), XPLE insulated and PVC sheathed, steel wire, armoured, with multi stranded aluminum conductor, heavy duty conforming to latest relevant IS, cables laid in trenches/ducts/under plinth floors passing through pipes etc, fixed on wall complete all as directed.
Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cable complete all as directed.
Supply and providing sand cushioning with dry clean sand 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable complete all as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payments.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation mass concrete and filling including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered complete with necessary use and waste fo form work complete all as directed.
M&L for Galvanised iron as in cross arms bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolts washers welding, drilling holes for bolts in any shape and size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete to support the cables all as directed.

Supply, installation, testing, commssioning of HT 33 KV, 3 phase, 50 cycles totally enclosed metal clad out door VCB switch gear and structure suitable for CT, PT having seperate phase assemblies, each with vaccum interrupter with incoming and outgoing terminals, rupturing capacity 250 MVA, Porcelain chambers for outdoor type application over load and earth fault protection Numerical type relay, ammeter, voltmeter and rating of VCB 1250 Amps VCB shall comply with IEC-62271 and -62271-100 (a) The VCB Rated Voltage -36 KV, rated short circuit current 25 KA at 36 KV, rated short circuit time withstand - 3secs, altitude < 1000m , Operating temp. 25 degree °C to 40 degree °C and mechanical endurance -Class M2 ( 10000 cycles) and Electrical endurance class E2 Mechanical spring charging time - 15 Secs (b) The Out door VCB shall be in a fixed version to be mounted on a steel structure and structure could withstand standard design, suitable for highest seismic conditions ( Zone V) and other severe environmental conditions like exposure to temp (max 50 degree °C) UV, rain, storm, high wind moisture etc.
(c) The VCB shall have following operating mechanism:- (i) Opening and closing push buttons (ii) A mechanical - " open-closed " position indicator (iii) A mechanical "charged -discharged " closing spring indicator (iv) A block of auxilary contacts (v) Auxilary equipment shall satisfy IEC62271-200 standard with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated flexible 1100 Volts grade FRLS copper wire and shall be marked with at each end for easy verification during maintenance or servicing work (d) Indoor type control panel and relay panel with following specifications :- (i) The panel shall MS free standing , made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet and powder coated paint, floor mounted suitable for indoor type installation complete with wiring and accessories lamp, plug, socket and space heater etc.
Note:- Rate Quoted by the firm for this item should include the cost of the activities:- (i) PCC work / any civil work for foundation required for errection of VCB and other accessories all as per standard norns. (ii) Contractor shall submit type test certificate to the engineer - in - charge / GE for approval before placing the order. (iii) The contractor will be submitted the NABL accredited lab test reports in original and the same shall be produced well before claiming RAR payment . (iv) The drawings in respect of VCB shall be approved by accepting officer before placing order. (v) VCB shall be tested by representative of Accepting Officer at factory premises before dispatch. All arrangeement for the same shall be arranged by the contractor.
Supply and installation of 33 KV, single phase, out door oil cooled CT of ratio 100-50/1 Amp, class 0.5 / 5P10, burden 15 VA complete all as direced . Note :- (i) Necessary suitable clamps for fixing of ACSR conductor are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) supply and fix GI structure to be done as per manufacture's recommendation same will be measured and paid seperately.
Supply and installation of 33 KV single phase out door oil cooled PT of ratio 11 KV/rt3/110V/rt3/110V/rt3,Class 0.5-3 / 3P10, Burden 50 VA – 50 VA complete all as direced. Note :- (i) Necessary suitable clamps for fixing of ACSR conductor are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) supply and fix GI structure to be done as per manufacture's recommendation same will be measured and paid seperately.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV outdoor type RMU Extensible IP54 floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, outdoor type consisting of fixed type Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breakers-02 Nos as incomer, bus coupler-01 No and fixed type Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breakers -02 Nos as outgoing along with air insulated metering module. All live parts, bus bars of RMU should be enclosed in tank to avoid multiple inter connections & sealed for life robotically welded for three sides and one side manual welded non magnetic / non ferrite/ stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP 67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas to fulfill the requirement as per IEC 60376, 60376 & 603760 B as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation. RMU should be complete with all accessories such as terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations , mechanical indications ON/OFF, manometer as per with IEC standards 62271 -200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. the unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site. RMU should be tested for an internal arc fault of 21KA for 1 sec as per IEC62271-200 and paint shade and thickness should be as per AIS 632 IS - 5 complete all as directed.

Note:- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.
Supply,laying,jointing,testing and commissioning XLPE insulated control solid copper conductor, armoured, heavy duty, 650/1100 volts grade cross sectional area 1.5 sqmm 6 core connected as per latest amendment of IS 7098 (Part 1) with copper lugs connected by cramping tools complete all as directed . Note:- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.
M & L For hardcore of gauge not exceeding 40mm, deposited ,spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as directed. Note:- Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 40mm shall executed near base of electric poles, LT/HT panels, 02 and 04 pole structures etc.
M &L for GI Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to size of earth pit not less than 0.90x 0.90 x 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm, 7.5 mtr long (Min) by means of brazing nuts, bolts, check nuts, & washers ,testing on completion (drawn in earth strip protection pipe light gade GI of size 40 mm bore) by means brazing at both edges with vertical plane of electrode all as shown in plate No 3 of SSR Part - I filling with charcoal dust , and common salt , including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,perforated watering pipe of size 15 mm bore, funnel with wire mesh,earth strip protection pipe light grade PCC chamber 1:3:6 type C1 (for even finish on both the faces) and RCC cover 1:2:4 Type B1,450 x450 x50 mm thick with 6 mm dia CTD bars 150 mm c/c with 2 Nos of handles of 10 mm dia steel rod and testing on completion and connected to equipment with lugs and screw nuts etc complete all as directed. Note : (i) 7.5 RM GI earth wire deemed to be included in quoted rates, beyond 7.5 RM wire shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth resistance of earth pit should be not more than 02 Ohms on testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (iii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to included salt & Charcoal upto & above 450 mm (Min) top of GI Plate.
S&F for GI earth strip size 32 x 6 mm with and including necessary clamps, nut bolts laid in ground complete all as directed.
