Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, trenches for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 25 or 32mm outer dia, GI/PPR pipe and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning and removing unserviceable pipes from site of work complete as directed.

Taking up or down 40 or 50mm outer dia, GI/PPR and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning and removing unserviceable pipes from site of work complete as directed.

Taking up or down 63 or 80 mm outer dia, GI/PPR and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning and removing unserviceable pipes from site of work complete as directed.

Taking up or down 90 to 110mm outer dia, GI/PPR and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning and removing unserviceable pipes from site of work complete as directed.

Supply, laying, connection and testing 25mm bore, Steel water tubing, galvanised, medium grade with all fittings, laid in trenches, etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work work shall be measured and paid seperately)

S & F in repair 25 mm bore, gun metal, globe or Gate valves with iron wheel head, Class-I, Pressure Tested of 1.5 Mpa, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 25 mm outer dia, PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 32 mm outer dia, PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 40 mm outer dia, PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 50 mm outer dia, PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 80mm bore, cast iron sluice valve, non-rising stem type, both end flanged, class PN 1.6 conforming to IS -14846-2000 with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle including necessary jointing materials like nuts, bolt, washer & rubber/fiber board gasket including taking out/down existing one complete all as specified and directed

S & F 100mm bore, cast iron sluice valve, non-rising stem type, both end flanged, class PN 1.6 conforming to IS -14846-2000 with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle including necessary jointing materials like nuts, bolt, washer & rubber/fiber board gasket including taking out/down existing one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting existing steel tubing 40 or 50 mm bore for alteration or additions (Each cut measured) done in position without taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting existing steel tubing 50 to 110 mm bore for alteration or additions (Each cut measured) done in position without taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, 25 mm bore, ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring of horizontally holes by manual method under road/pavement, hardstanding etc for inserting GI pipe etc dia of hole not exc 100mm without damaging the exsting road etc, getting out and disposal of excavated soil, etc to a distance not exc. 50 meter from the site of work complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.
