PROVISION OF CABLE AND WIRING FOR POWER SOCKET AND ALLIED WORK AT ADMIN BUILDING AND SPECIAL REPAIR TO LT PANELS AND CABLES NEAR POST OFFICE AND CSD CANTTEN AREA AT INS CHILKA UNDER GE CHILKA

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Panel boardoutdoor type CPRI approved totally enclosed , dust and vermin proof front and rear openable type IP 65 protection made of CRCA sheet outer shell 2.00 mm thick as per IS norms including locking arrangement by key front and backside door suitable for 440 volts , 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system including botom of the outer shall contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size of glands for incoming and outgoing cable, pedestial moiunted on 50 x 50 x6mm angle iron frame grouted in PCC (1:3:6) plateform min 40 cm from ground level and aluminium bus bar rated 400 Amps for each phase and 200 Amps for neutral with insulated sleeves in heat proof colour code mounted complete including follosings: (a) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, with adjustable type, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA 1 Nos (INCOMING) OUTGOING: (a) Triple phase digital meter built in tamper proof compartment with sealing arrangement 40 to 200 Am with CT ratio 200/5 (b) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type,125 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA -4 Nos (c) Phase indicator Lamp LED type 03 Nos (d) Digital Panel Meter Multifunctional type for Amps (0-400A), Volts(0-500V), KWH, Power Factor and other parameters flush mounting with LED indication lamp complete and all as per standard pratice 01 No Note :-(i) All MCCBs / instruments / MCBs /Bus Bar shall be housed in a separate housing with on- off latches in the housing and Digital Panel Meter Multifunctional type for Amps, Volts, KWH, Power Factor (Incoming) and other parameters flush mounting with LED indication lamp for each outgoing complete and all as per standard pratice.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for takinmg out or laying of under ground cable in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering raming in layerwand not exceeding25 cm thick in soil complete in all as specified nd directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and deposited at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for High density polyethylene DWC with UV stabilized pipes of size 110 x 95 (OD/ID) mm for road crossing of cable and protection, laid in trenches under road / PCC or above ground surface all as specified and directed.

Cutting of road/ hard standing for laying of pipes/ cable in trencehesand making good with PCC 1:2:4 (0.30 x 0.45 mtr) Type B1 ncompletenand painting with black / existing colour paint,to match with existing bituminous road / floor colourn complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm dia means of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanized iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead/Strip and connected to control board or main switch or as directed by Engineer -in-Charge including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 for chamber & Pre-cast RCC cover of size 380 x 380 x 40 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering funnels , wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work complete.

Supply & laying testing and commissioning in trenches or fixing on wall or passing through pipe or in cable ducts XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable 185 sqmm 3.5 core with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area including cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with two run single core 4 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 4 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 32 mm dia/PVC casing capping 25 mm including conduit accessories all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of 32mmconduit / casing capping will be measured as one unit length.

M&L for Sub main wiring with two run single core 10 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 10 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 32 mm dia/PVC casing capping 25 mm including conduit accessories all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 10 Sqmm cable and one run of 32mmconduit / casing capping will be measured as one unit length.
