Taking down of existing unserviceable MCCBs and S&F MCCB, 4 pole, 200 Amps, Icu=50KA, 415 volts, 50 hz, AC , with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic release duly connected with copper spreader links and proper size lugs, nuts, bolts and washers for proper connections,for 75 HP motor all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing unserviceable MCCbs and S&F MCCB, 4 pole, 125 Amps, Icu=50KA, 415 volts, 50 hz, AC , with fixed thermal and magnetic release duly connected with copper spreader links and proper size lugs, nuts, bolts and washers for proper connections,up to 22.5 HP motor all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing unserviceable thimbles and S&F Aluminium thimble suitable for LT Aluminium cable of size 70 to120 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as spercified and directed.

Taking down of existing unserviceable thimbles and S&F Aluminium thimble suitable for LT Aluminium cable of size upto 35 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as spercified and directed.

S&Fand testing in repair main switch 4poles, 200 Amps side handle with MS sheet enclouser complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (a) Necessary payment for bearing shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items if required at site. (b) Quoted rate deemed to include cost of grease as required at site. (c) The contractor shall lift the motors as directed by the dept for normal servicing even no repairs are reqd for the motor.

M&L for rewinding of Dimmer with super enamel copper wire including paper insulation packing, varnishing etc including taking out old burnt winding complete all as specified and directed, for 50 KVA capacity of stabilizers.

M&L for rewinding of Dimmer with super enamel copper wire including paper insulation packing, varnishing etc including taking out old burnt winding complete all as specified and directed, for 75 KVA capacity of stabilizers.

Renewal of Insulators, vitreous, suitable for voltage stabilizers up to 160 Amps current rating, complete all as specified.

M&L new transformer oil in servo voltge stabilizer to fulfil upto required level. Note: break down value of transformer oil should not be less than dielectric strength 50 KV .

M&L for dehydration / filteration of transformer oil in servo voltage stabilizer breakdown value of transformer oil should not less than dielectric strength 50 KV . Note : Contractor will arrange filtration plant machine at site of voltage stabilizer transformer oil dehydration work will be carried out in working condition .

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel / iron of servo voltage stablizer of any capacity by scaping with emery/sand paper,brushing, cleaning, staining grease/oily spots with thinner and applying two coats of superior quality synthetic enamel paint with spray machine over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Single/reverse phase preventor for motor protection with by pass arrangements to run the motor in case of emergency with low/high voltage cut off and time delay/relay of 1 to 3 sec.including dismantling/taking out of unserviceable phase preventor of any make and type complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of existing control panel including making good of panel surface and painting with epoxy powder coating. Repair will also include refabrication of broken panel doors (if required) and reconnection all items after repair in proper order as directed by Engr in charge.
