Housekeeping of BSNL Inspection Quarters in Sector-43A and 44A Chandigarh for two months

Sweeping or mopping of floors once a day in the morning or evening to all rooms i.e.lobby, drawing and dinning halls, staircase halls, kitchens, store, corridors of all suites at all floors (suite No: 1 to 09 at sector 43A, caretaker room etc.) & ( suit no 1 to 10 at sector-44A, caretaker room etc.) including back and front court yards, drawing rooms. common area, stair case etc. Cleaning of toilets including wash basins/WC seats with detergents dusting of all tables, chairs, racks, almirahs, windows, opening/closing of doors, windows, curtains etc. during the month on all days all complete as per the directions of Engineer-incharge. (All the consumables shall be provided by the department). ( Note :- The Job will be performed once per day for at least 8 hrs duty shift at sector 43 & Sector 44 Chandigarh)

Care taking of all the suits (suite No: 1 to 09 at sector 43A, caretaker room etc.) & ( suit no 1 to 10 at sector-44A, caretaker room etc.) including cooking food and tea, attending the visitors , serving of drinking water , attending telephone, maintaining the record of booking for every suit , replacing of bed sheets , towels , soap etc. cleaning and washing of kitchen utensils and crockery etc. with suitable detergent on all days during the month all complete ,getting completed entries in the registers from all the visitors regarding check in and check Out, collecting stay charges from the visitors and depositing the cash to authorities including general up-keep and all other duties relating to care taking assigned from time to time all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
