Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Exacavation over area n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft /loose soil ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Exacavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, trenches etc, n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming embankments solid including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n.exc 30 cm thick, watering, ramming / rollling and finishing to required size, shape etc n.exc 5 m height from base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for approved moorum / red bajri filling in floor or paving, laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rolling and consilidating formation and berms over cutting, filling earth including watering as required, filling in hollows and depression which occurs during the processs of rolling with power roller 8 to 10 Ton complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 200mm thick (compacted thickness) granular sub base (Kankar or Laterite), spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 Ton capacity power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 250 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mixed Macadam (WMM) with coarse aggragate in two layers (Kankar or Laterite) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with power roller of 8 to 10 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for stainless steel road sign board both sides comprising of the following:- (a) Two Nos stainless steel pipe 50 mm dia & 2100 mm long of heavy grade including top fancy cap and four Nos anchors at bottom for embedding in PCC. (b) Stainless steel 25mm square pipe frame of size 1200mmx750mm triangular at one side welded butt and bright finished, fixed to stainless steel pipes with stanless steel cup head screws of suitable size. (c) Providing 2mm thick anodised aluminium sheet of size 1200mmx750mm fixed with stainless steel screws to stainless steel square pipe frame (d) Complete layering with retro reflective poly carbonate trimethyl sheet of any colour, cut to shape and fixed over base plate as per IRC 67-1977 of any colour complete all as specified. (e) Providing 25 mm wide retro reflective poly-carbonate white border alround the retro reflective carbonate trimethyl sheet complete (f) S&F retro reflective poly-carbonate trimethyl sheet letters / signs / arrows etc of 150mm height of any colour, cut to shape and fixed over base plate as per IRC -67-1977 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) All stainless steel sections shall be heavy weight of grade SS 304. (ii) Excavation in post holes and PCC in foundation for fixing in postion shall be measured and paid for separately.
