Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of following sizes (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MOB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required . (Note : Vertical type MOB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MOB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing TP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 16/25/32 A 415 V "C" curve TP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

TP MCB with FP Enclosure:- Supplying and fixing surface/ recess mounting type, 4P, MCB enclosure, sheet steel,dust proof, duly powder coated/ painted, along with 415 V, 63 amps/40 amps, 3P C Series,MCB as required . The MCB enclosure shall be mounted firmly with required accessories or completely concealed in the existing wal as required as per site condition complete in all aspects as per the direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

DP MCB with 4P Enclosure:- Supplying and fixing surface/ recess mounting type, 4P, MCB enclosure, sheet steel,dust proof, duly powder coated/ painted, along with 230 volts, 40 amps/63 amps, DP C Series,MCB and blanking plates as required . The MCB enclosure shall be mounted firmly with required accessories or completely concealed in the existing wal as required as per site condition complete in all aspects as per the direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

SP MCB : Supplying and fixing SP MCB of rating 230 volts/415 volts, 40 amps/63 amps, C Series,MCB and blanking plates as required . The MCB shall be mounted firmly with required accessories in the existing VTPN DB as required as per site condition complete in all aspects as per the direction of the Engineer-in -charge.
