(b) The panel manufacturer should have following certification:
(i) CPRI certification & Degree of protection IP-54 should be in accordance to IEC:60439 /IEC:61439 as applicable’ (ii) CPRI certification short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A (c) MCCB (Microprocessor based)/ ACBs provided should be capable for on line setting of the current. (d) ACBs provided should be capable for on line setting to the time delay. (e) All the electrical switch gear like MCCBs, MCBs and ACBs should be of same make. (f) All incomer ACBs and MCCBs should be compatable with SCADA through communication port for monitoring purpose only. (g) Drawing of panel board should be got approved from GE before fabrication. Notes: (a) Pre dispatch inspection shall be carried out by the authorized representative of Accepting Officer. In case of any deviation from approved drawing, the same shall be rejected & fresh panel shall be fabricated by the manufacturer. Testing shall be done at manufacturer’s premises & all routine text like IR & Continuity Tests shall be performed/recorded in presence of authorized representative of Accepting officer. b) The panel manufactures should have following certification. i. CPRI certification & Degree of protection IP-54 should be in accordance to IEC: 60439 /IEC: 61439 as applicable. ii. CPRI certification short circuit withstand strength should be 50KA RMS for 1sec with initial peak of 105KA iii. CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A c) MCCB’s (Microprocessor based) provided should be capable for on line setting of the current. d) All the electrical switch gear like MCCB’s,MCB’s shall be same make. e) All MCCB’S should be compatible with SCADA through communication port for monitoring purpose only f) Drawing of panel board should be got approved from GE before fabrication. (g) Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC

NOTES :- (i) The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by Electrodite/Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer). (ii) The BFC should be eco friendly and it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having ROHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. (iii) The earth pit shall be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of the terminals. (iv) In areas where soil condition is bad, good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 2 bags (as per soil condition) extra per pit/unit. (v) The material shall have good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions.
(vi) Complete work shall be executed all as per manufacturer's instruction. (vii) All the above given dimensions may vary ± 1 mm (viii) The quantity of BFC Electrodite shall be increased according to soil condition and to achive the earth value less than 1 Ω.
