Improvement of road from FCI Junction to DFO road via Maharshi Vidya Mandir (ODR) from 0/000 km to 1/600 Km

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass,bushes, shrubs, saplings and tree girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic Soil notexceeding 150mm in thickness as per clause 201 of MORT&H Spesifications for Road & Bridge works.

Excavation for road way in ordinary rock with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and disposal of soil using tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location with in all lifts and leads upto 1000m for reuse as per clause No.-301 of MoRT&H including cost, conveyance, of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per standard specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of filling sand in road work & foundation as per approved drawinf and technical specification as per section 2100 of Morth & specification of road and bridge work and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and foundation excavation of CD & structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause -305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge worksincluding cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening, levelling and compacting of the original ground, supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified up to a depth of 150 mm below the sub-grade level, Watered, graded and compacted in layers by rolling to meet requirement of table 300-2 for sub -grade construction as per clause 305.3.4 of MORT&H Spesification for Road & Bridge works (Latest revision) Including Hire and Running charges of all machinaries etc including cost & conveyance and taxes of all materials with all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits by mechanical means with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause -305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge workscomplete as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular sub-base Grading VI materials as per table 400.2, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix-in-place method with rotovator at OMC, and compacting with VRR to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MoRTH specification for Road and Bridge works (Latest revision) including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all material and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Tecnical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge (measurement to be taken on finished compacted thickness under OMC compaction).

Scarifying of Bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material and stacking them away from work site within initial leads upto 1000mtr. and all lifts including stacking the useful materials and leveling the disturbed existing metal surface with picked out metals including cost of all labour, T&P ,all machineries etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reworking Scarifying of Bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material and stacking them away from work site within initial leads upto 1000mtr. and all lifts including stacking the useful materials and leveling the disturbed existing metal surface with picked out metals including cost of all labour, T&P ,all machineries etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,laying Wet Mix Macadam in compacted layers using hard granite crushed aggregate and crushed stone screened dust as per Clause No. 406 and Material as per table 400-11 , Section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (latest Revision)mixing using in a WET MIX PLANT AND laying using PAVER FINISHER ONLY and compacting using VIBRATOR ROLLER &including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty cost of all machineries etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
