Design ,supply, installation, testing & commissioning of cold storage unit pre fabricated, pre painted GI sandwich panel room size external dimension 2.95 x 2.95 x 2.60 mtr suitable for storage of frozen items. Cold storage unit has to maintain inside room temp (-) 20⁰ C to (+) 10 ⁰ C, by providing Air cooled eco friendly energy efficient refrigerant unit, working on 3 Phase 50 Hz Ac supply with all controllers, relays, timer, refrigerant control valves, cut-outs, Elect copper cabling, Refrigerant copper Piping, insulation, mounting supports & structures for indoor/outdoor units, drain out piping, suitable PCC foundation for installation of unit complete with all standard accessories and as specified Below:- Make - Blue Star/Daiken/Hitachi

(a) Cold storage walls & ceiling - Pre fabricated pre painted GI sheet sandwich panels filled with127mm thick PUF Insulation. (b) Floor slab panel- Pre fabricated sandwich panel filled with 120 mm thick PUF insulation along with anti skid Aluminium checker plate. (c) Door size & type- Pre fabricated pre painted GI sheet sandwich panel duly filled with 127mm thick PUF insulation (34''x78') manual type swing door with SS hinges & door closer. (d) Foundation: PCC foundation as per OEM standard requirement at site. (e) Air conditioning unit: Air cooled energy efficient , eco friendly indoor, outdoor unit suitable for working on 3 Phase 50 Hz AC supply, to maintain the room temp (-) 20 Deg C to (+) 10 Deg C by providing 2x12,000 BTU/hrs for 24x7 Hrs running in auto mode by providing all reqd standard sensors & controllers including mounting stands/structure as per OEM standards & site requirement.

(f) Refrigerant Piping : 100 % copper along with necessary fitting , cutting , brazing and making leak proof, providing Nitride rubber insulation and fixing with necessary support. (g) Refrigerant Gas: First filling of Echo friendly Refrigerant gas R-404A/R-410A /407c to achieve desired temp as per OEM instructions. (h) Controllers : Digital temp indicator cum controller, Refrigerant controls comprising of expansion valve , solenoid valve, HP/LP cut outs, sensors etc. (j) Air cooling units for cold stores complete with defrosting arrangements, fan and motors etc. (k) De-humidifier: Cold storage unit shall provide with suitable capacity dehumidifier as per OEM instructions. (l) Room illumination: Suitable Bulk head LED light with switches. (m) Elect /Control wiring: Suitable size copper multi core wires/cables from indoor to outdoor unit & control cables in PVC conduits as reqd at site and specified by OEM.

(n) Drain piping: Suitable size UPVC drain Piping with all fittings from indoor unit to outside the room with proper slope & U trap. (o) Making good: This job including all necessary cutting chasing to floor, walls, making openings to walls required for installation of cold storage & Making good to all the disturbed surface matching to existing specification. Note: (i) Nothing extra shall be paid for any extra items required at site for installation and functioning of the cold storage complete unit as per OEM instruction and as directed by Engr in Charge. (ii) Design and all parameters of pre fabricated room shall be approved by GE before procurement of materials.

Supply and laying DWC pipe of size 50 mm outer dia and inner dia 38 mm for cable protection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make ISI approved.

Material and labour for earthling complete with galvanized steel earth electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less then 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4 mm connected to earth plate by means of nut, bolts, check nut & washer of galvanized iron or of steel, GI earth strip will be protected by 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" watering pipe 20 mm dia GI light grade GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of char coal and salt on all side to earth plate up to thickness of 150 mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit up to ground level, PCC chamber recessed for and including RCC cover including all necessary excavation & earth work, GI earth strip connected to test point up to 7.5 mtr length, testing the earthing after completion as shown in electrical plate No 3 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for laying of LT UG XLPE cable pvc insulated unsheathed aluminium conductor armoured multistranded 1100 volts 16 sqmm 4 core suitable for earthed system laid in duct /trench/along pole/wall etc including making connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Havells ,L & T,Polycab or equivalent.

Excavation in trenches n.exc.1.5 mtr depth & not .exc.1.5 mtr wide for foundation and getting out for laying of pipes in Hard /Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for sub main wiring with 4 x 6 sqmm + 1x 6.0 sqmm green earth FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor wire drawn in and including pvc conduit with all fittings and wire connected with thimble from main DB all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Havells ,L & T,Polycab or equivalent.

Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosure 63 A triple pole and earth enclosure with three pin and earth plug with socket complete with one triple pole MCB 40 A all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make- Havells/L & T/Legrand

Supply & fixing MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole 415V, 16kA breaking capacity along with sheet metal Enclosure for independent mounting and all accessories. Make- L&T/Hager/Legrand/Havells

M&L for earth GI strip 25x4mm continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten, insulators or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to pole or loop earthing etc as required
