Erection of steel/tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 course sand : 6 graded stone aggregate. 40 mm nominal size) foundation incl. excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required

S/E of stay set complete (Galvanized) with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 m long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cm x 45 cm x 7.5 mm thimble stay clamp, turn buckle (20mm x 60 cm) 7/4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Dismantling and shifting of 100 KVA DG set .

Supply and providing of 3Core x 95 Sqmm + 1C 70 Sqmm aerial bunch cable of 1.1 KV grade.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheated/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supply and fixing of 400 Amp capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the exisiting panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling of holes in cubical panel, making connection, etc, as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as reqired (excluding reinforcement). 4.5 mtr x 2.5 mtr x 0.5 mtr = 5.625 cum.

Structrual steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Structural steel MS angle size 50 x 50 x 6 mm 6 Nos x 10' = 60', 5 nos x 16' = 80', 4 nos x 18' = 72, 6 nos x 8' = 48', 8 nos x 2' =16' Total- 276' = 84.12 mtr x 4.72 kg/mtr = 397.04 Kg, MS plate 25 x 5 (leg & breezing) 12 nos x 1' = 12' x 0.30 kg/ft = 3.60 Kg, Total 400.61 Kg

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washer or with G.I. washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not mless than 275gm/ m2 Top roofing 6 mtr x 5 mtr = 30 Sqm
