REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE PIPES AND OTHER CONNECTED REPAIRS TO HIGH RISE BUILDING AND REPAIR/CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES MANHOLE, GREASE TRAP,FLOOR TRAP, GULLY TRAPS AND ETP ETC OF OTM ACCN AT CHAFB

Cleaning of sewage pipe lines of size upto 100mm dia/bore and removing the blockages by rodding using bamboo spilt or by mechanical means, between the manholes, Nahani traps to gully traps, gully trap to manholes incl vertical stack pipes (where ordered), cleaning eye to gully trap and taking out debris, sludge or any solid/foreign materials from sewage from sewage line and flushing with water and testing after cleaning complete incl removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Item no 1.00 to 5.00 :The rate shall be inculsive of clearing blockage in vertical pipes in high rise buildings and similar works.

De-silting of manholes and removing of clogged mud, muck, silt, floating materials, hard materials like stone/bricks bats from inside the manholes and mouth of pipes to a distance 100 meters away from site incl taking up manhole covers of any description and refixing in same position after de-silting for manhole up to 1.00 m depth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in foundation/copings/ bed concrete of drain pipes/concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
