Taking down carefully any type of old unserviceable point wiring copper or aluminium conductor (light, fan, socket, bell or power) point complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, lamp holders, sockets, fan regulators, call bell, light fittings with PVC conduit surface / concealed or wooden battens including sunken cast iron / pressed steel terminal boxes etc complete all as specified & directed .

Taking down carefully any type of old unserviceable submain wiring with PVC conduit surface / concealed or wooden battens etc complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provision of sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed, mutistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm drawn in and including rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20mm dia with its accessories, concealed type, including one run of single core FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm as earth continuity and cutting chases as per standard engineering practice & making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing finish complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Finished sub main wiring with two runs of 4.0 sqmm cable & one run of 4 sqmm cable alongwith PVC conduit and its accessories shall be measured and paid as one unit length. (ii) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/copper thimbles. (iii) Colour coding for wiring/ bus bar/ main connection shall be followed .

(f) The product will be replaced free of cost by the contractor in the following cases:- (i) Manufacturing defects. (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or Lux) below 90% of claimed values of lumens (or lux ) at 1m of the LED/Luminaires. (iv) All LED light/luminaire must meet the provisions laid down in IS-16101,16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part-II section 13. (g) Minor items required for completion of job are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor. Nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

M&L GI Tubes, 40 mm dia, medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting , laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement metal sheet enclosure distribution boards, double door factory made VTPN 4 way 3 phase 415 volts 4 way with 200 amps rating copper bus bar and PVC insulated copper jumpers of suitable size from the MCCB to the out going circuits one incoming MCCB 100 amps and MCB TP 63 A -02 Nos,MCB SP -04 Nos circuits comprising of 3 phase 4 wire of suitable rating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L , in replacement, for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick directly burried in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50M deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 15mm bore GI pipe medium grade including necessary fittings for protection of earthing wire, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, concrete chamber in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm grade aggregate, coping shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm grade aggregate and internal surfaces of concrete chamber shall be given 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.63 mm) 8 mesh per linear including 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm MS deformed bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways, char coal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including all necessary excavation & earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50M and providing connection points with MS/ GI bolts & washers as required and connection from earth test point to earth electrode with same GI earth wire alongwith protection pipe and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI wire and protection pipe from earth electrode to test point max upto 7.50M shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates as quoted by the contractor.
