M&L for Makrana white Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in floors as border, cooking platforms, urinal partion and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:5:10 in filling of sunken portion type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wire brushing & cleaning top surface of slab and applying APP based polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 160 gms/sqm) over a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.40 ltr/sqm over prepared roof surfaces with using butane gas torch ,forcing overlap 100mm at ends and 75 mm at sides and sealing over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 finished even & fair incl cutting grooves in parapet wall, 65mm wide and 50mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as spd & directed. WPC mixed @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as spd & directed by Engr-in-Charge. (WPC will be measured & paid seperatly)

Supply only integral waterproofing compound as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting scrubbing down concrete surface with wire brushes, cleaning with water, allowed to dry and corrosion protection to existing reinforcement by applying of rust remover from passivator to remove from existing reinforcement then zink rich epoxy primer on all exposed reinforcement all as sprcified followed by a layer of bonding coat of a layer of epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete & immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply 40mm PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of atleast strength equivalent to M-40 concrete of 40mm thickness (average thickness) Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairly rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins) PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. PMM surface to be moist cured for three days.

M&L sunken floor treatment as followows: (a) Cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particles, with compressed air or any other suitable technique dependigon site conditions, grinding any sharp edges etc. (b) Sealing of pipe penetration of toilets core cuttings, in the stages :- (i) Supply and apply solventfree, moisture insentive epoxy resin based patch repair putty on pipe penetration surface. The putty shall be applied to groove thickness of minimum 20mm on pipe penetration joints to concrete. Product: Sikagard (R) -694F(I) (or equivalent) , Yeild:0.6ltr/kg. Porduct requirements : suitable for submerged condition; compressive strength of 40N/ squre mm (1 day) according to IS-9162-1979. (c) M & L for protection plaster 15 mm thick admixed with appropriate intergal water proofing compound Sika@ plastocrete [email protected] Kg per bag of cement. (d) Supply and apply a glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cemntitious coating system. preparation of surface of sunken portion and M&L for glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitioous coating system as : Base coat : Sika Top® Seal- 107 (or equivalent) Consumption base coat 1.50Kg/sqm Reinforcement Sika® Fab-1 (or equivalent) Top Coat :Sika Top® Seal-107 (or equivalent) Consumption top coat :1.5Kg/sqm System requirement : density 2.00 Kg/Ltr Comprssive Strength 20N/mm2 Bond strength :2.0 N/mm2 Water to be use : Potable water (Note: Ponding test for leakage/seepage will be carried out by filling the sunken floor with water for a period of 72 hours by the contractor in the quoted rate.) Contractor will provide a performance gaurrantee for a period of 10 years from date of completion of Sunken Treatment .

Repair to steel window shutter by welding and replacement of defective fittings like box type hinges, peg stay, handle etc and making ease to functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc and removing the material from site including making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
