M & L for preparing the black top bituminous surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cracked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm of surface using paving bitumen VG-30 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying Premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying and consolidating bituminous premixed dense ashphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidtaed thickness with 6% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration by weight of total mix , using asphaltic mechanical mixer plant and laid with sensor paver and rolled with tandem vibratory roller and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required level gradient, camber and super elevation etc over and including preparing the black top bituminous surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cracked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm of surface using paving bitumen VG-30 complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. The final compaction shall be carried out with pneumatic tyre roller of 15 to 30 tonne capacity having tyre pressure of 7kg/sqcm after entire paving operation are completed.

M&L for appplying thermoplastic road marking paint (reflective) of specified shade or colour, area 2 to 3mm thick 10cm width or girth including lines, dashes, arrows etc, using hot thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator, on road surface made free of all dirt, scales, oil grease, foreign materials, etc. complete all as specified.
