M&L for two coat of cement base paint (as approved) over a coat of primer on walls including preparation of newly plastered surface of walls all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC(1:2:4) type B2 in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including boundary pillars and post (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips for using in slabs, beams, retaining wall and in foundations, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto, as per item 8 above but upto and including 8mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders as in columns .

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, retaining wall, column and stanchions fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wires etc, flat iron fillets(for securing wire) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410 or Fe-310 complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of newly steel and iron surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over priming with red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F concertina coil 750mm dia including, securing or tying at crossing with 'J' clip and cotter pin with core wire diameter 2.50mm, zinc coating on wire 40 to 80 GSM, thickness of wrap strip 0.5mm with zinc coating 80 to 120 GSM, barb length 11 mm, barb width 19mm (before wrapping of core wire), barb spacing 24 mm centre to centre, tensile strength 165 kg/sqmm, including taking down of old concertina coil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed)

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth protection, courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in incl spreading levelling watering & well ramming in layers not exe. 25cm in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type E-2 (40mm graded agg) as in foundation, filling, under retaining wall and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position, provided for and removing rubbish out of MoD land complete all as complete all as directed.

M&L for lean concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using brick bats as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 75 mm thick 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dismantling floor hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for heat resistant out door coloured designed tiles of approved by GE (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm as in flooring , paths etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.(Make- Johnson Endura tiles)

M&L for taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description incl racking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debris from the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix/ready-mix plaster 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement over a coat of UltraTech seal and dry 5 plush as bonding agent including necessary form work safety precaution up to six storey bldgs. complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class B burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 meter mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in walls, manhole, septic tank soakage well and similar work etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, vertical surface of walls etc..

M&L for coloured granite( of any type and coloured) 18-20 mm thick table rubbed and polished as in Floor, cooking platform, and the like machine cut laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade including cutting, making hole of 20 mm dia for gas pipe at suitable location as directed at site and polishing complete.

All as per item No 11 above but as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting laid over and including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 jointed with grey cement slurry and incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including cutting and polishing complete.

M&L rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge such as steps, cooking platforms and other similar situations complete all as specified.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 l as specified & directed at site.

M&L for cast iron ornamental pattern/design steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0

S&F aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet 3 to 5mm thick of approved coloured/cutting/design/patterns/shapes as approved by GE of brand name GURIND/ALSTONE or equivalent including and fixed with necessary frame work of aluminium tube of size 25mmx40mm the board and frame shall be in semi arch/rectangular/circular shape (suitable radius and curve as per site) to cover the walls, columns, roofs, ceilings of the building/structures at suitable height, including necessary scaffolding and safety preauction up to multi storey of building complete all as specified.

M&L for plain Solid, straight chowkats and frames of second class hard wood (suitable for joiner’s and carpenter’s work), wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints including dismantling of old timber, skantling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain Solid, straight chowkats and frames of 1st class soft wood (suitable for joiner’s and carpenter’s work), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing framed etc.; sizes of members of shutters/flanks as per site requirement as approved at site or as specified supplied and fitted to iron, wood frame work, necessary fittings like nails, screws, welding work including dismantling of old timber, skantling work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 coat of super quality weather proof exterior emulsion paint over & incl one coat of primer from the same manufacturer on external walls / ceiling surfaces after preparation of surface by wall care putty on New surface all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Apex ultima from Asian, Acroguard 3X from Acro Paints or Equivalent.

Dismantling of corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering all as specified

S&F for pre-painted plain/galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, nuts to steel framed and shield with adhesive solvent or silicon as per manufacture instruction as approved including aluminium channel/flanks as specified (Note:- all connected items included under this items measured and paid roof sheets only in Sqm)

S&F for polycarbonate sheet of any colour having as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Preparation of New wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cms width or girth and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer.
