Material and labour for dismantling monoblock/Centrifugal pump set of capacity 10HP to 25HP from pipe line including removing of electric connection from its position carefully and transporting the same to the work shop for servicing, greasing and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearing, rubber seal, gland packing, gun metal bush and impeller etc and refixing the same in its original position after repairs including connection of water with new nuts, bolts as per existing and providing new gaskets, connecting the existing electric cable etc., testing & commissioning pump set for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The spares required for repair the pump sets and rewinding of motor will be measured and paid separately under respective item. Material and labour for disconnecting removing dismantling and rewinding of electric motor, induction type, three phase, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, AC and replacing with super enamelled copper wire of gauge and turns of existing motor to achieve full efficiency including tying the windings and connecting the coils and bringing the connection as that of existing, varnishing, reassembling /re-fixing connecting and commissioning and testing complete for 15HP to 20 HP capacity pump motor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
