PROVISION OF EPU FLOORING AT AF STN CHANDIGARH UNDER GE (AF) MC CHANDIGARH

M&L for 6mm thick Epoxy PU flooring complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, specified and directed consisting as the following steps/stages. MAKE: SIKA/BOSTIK/FOSROC/STP Ltd (i) SURFACE CLEANING: cleaning of surface free from dust, dirt, moisture & foreign material from the floor by grinding and scrubbing. (ii) Epoxy polyurethane floor coating consisting of 200 micron thick priming coat, 3800 microns screed coat and 2000 micron thick top coat including necessary preparation of the existing surface complete all as per the maufacturer's instructions,specified and as directed . (iii) Forming joints 8mm to 40mm average width and 20mm average deep with closed cell polyethylene backup rod of required dia more the width of joint and top 12mm depth primed and sealed with polyurethane based sealing compound including applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape by mechanical means after application of sealant including cutting out the exiting joints up to the required width /depth using diamond cutter , removing the debris and other foreign materials to a distance exceedig 1.5KM and not exceeding 5.0KM and deposting where directed and cleaning the sides and bottom of joints by using compressed air system complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The laying of PU flooring shall strictly be laid in accordance with specificatin of the make approved / used in the work

M&L for aromatic PU coating over primer , with PU marking paint as approved all as per manufacture's instructions/specifications as in line, dashes, arrows, letters, width or girth exceeding 10cm, marking in yellow/white/red/orange colour as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforcement of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in pavement complete all as specified and directed.
