Provn of Electrical Energy Audit for FY 2019-20 at Air Force Station Udhampur.

Amount

(a) Complete survey of the entire electrical distribution networks starting frommain receiving station 11 KV (MRS) including complete Stn area to include survey of the facility/plant and their current energy consumption pattern and submit in form of a comprehensive survey report. (b) Checking the strength of primary/secondary aspects, insulation level power efficiency and power factor. (c) Bench marking of energy performance and matching of energy use to the requirement, way to maximum system efficiencies, optimizing the input energy requirement etc. (d) Target to achieve energy cost reduction and identify energy conservation technologies, retrofits energy audit procedure and aligning current consumption with current industry benchmarks. (e) Investigating the existing system to boring out basic five aspects as given below:- (i) How much energy is being consumed? (ii) How is energy being consumed? (iii) What is the energy being consumed? (iv) When is energy being consumed? (v) What is quality of the energy consumed? (f) Given recommendation on the basic of the survey report to include cost effective measures to optimize energy resources and methods to achieve maximum energy efficiency of all assets along with BOQ/financial evaluation/specifications/ approved brand etc so to aid in preparation of DPR and conclusion of contracts in near future. Note:- Area covered by electrical energy audit:- (i) Complete energy distribution network showing sub station with all distribution transformers. (ii) Complete analysis of electrical parameters i.e Voltage current frequency, power factor etc. (iii) Health status of all electrical measuring/ controlling and tripping system of MRS. (g) Details of electrical assets is attached as Appx ‘A’ however the firm interested to bid for the subject work is expected to clear the aspects regarding total assets once again from GE before submitting the bid and no representation in this regards at the later stage will be entertained. (h) The energy audit will be deemed to considered complete on successful submission of:- (j) Survey report to include specific recommendations on each aspect as brought out above along with BOQ’s-05 copies, duly recommended by GE. (k) Full payment against same will be released on completion of Job. (l) Only approved energy audit firm will be eligible.
